Holiday rentals with a fire pit in San Sai Noi

This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

The best value for money in a Chiang Mai pool villa. The location is superb. Unlike other villa areas, it's not far from the city. Restaurants and supermarkets are just outside. The people in the villa area are very quiet and won't be noisy. Very comfortable to sleep at night. Friends who want to come on vacation can come. About 15 minutes to Nimman Road. 10 minutes to Tha Phae Gate.Ten minutes to Central Festival.The biggest mall. In a very central area.

Amazing place like a scene straight out of a movie so fascinating! If you are traveler good for you experience it. If you wanna escapa life like tourist ~there are not good for you.

Very special little place of Chiang Mai retreat . Wonderful to stay in . Comfortable!

This place is perfect, if you want to be in a walkable area to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Our group of seven (7) had plenty of space to spread out. FYI, there are 4 floors which equals lots of stairs. The on-site greeter, Lucy, was VERY helpful and provided lots of good recommendations. If ever in the area again, I’ll book this property!

The Doi Kham Villa is indeed a peaceful retreat at the foot of the hills! The villa was spotless clean. Check in instructions was clear and all communications went well. The kitchen was very well equipped. It’s been great stay! Thanks Sean!

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

I'm Korean. This is a certification shot restaurant, so why aren't there many reviews? It's 100% the same as the photo. I stayed 5 nights and 6 days. Location There are quite a few famous restaurants near the accommodation There are two famous nail shops, so it's convenient. There is a large cafe right next to the accommodation that stays open until late at night, and there is also a barbecue restaurant, so it is very convenient. You can go to Old Town, Ban Cang Wat for 60 baht by taxi. Facilities And the best thing is the 24-hour swimming pool. When everyone is asleep in the middle of the night, when there is no sun, if you swim at that time with only subtle lighting, it's so emotional. You know, you can use it 24 hours a day, but it doesn't mean it's very clean, right? It was very comfortable with a large table and chairs in the accommodation The fridge was also quite large, so it was very convenient. However, it is not a floor mat, but a tile, so it is good to prepare indoor shoes. And since the spear was a wooden spear The atmosphere is good, but there are some mosquitoes. Home Kipa is a must. I personally recommend it. No need to go to a pretty cafe, just buy a coffee You can eat in the garden of the accommodation👍🏻 Wearing an umbrella on a rainy night Eating local noodles while walking around the neighborhood I really liked that kind of sensibility. Maybe because it was a local area, it wasn't noisy. But in the morning, the chicken is so noisy... it's like it's next door. If you need a high-quality product, I'm trying to make a difference. Tai was exceptionally friendly, communicative, and understanding throughout our interaction. Although we had to cancel the booking by mutual agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, she was incredibly supportive and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. The property itself was exactly as described. I truly appreciated her attitude and would recommend her to others without hesitation.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

Great place, 3 minutes walk to Central Festival Mall. Only one thing that made this stay isn't perfect is sewage smell sometimes

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Tim's Tim’s Airbnb is an absolute gem for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Tim greeted me in person at check-in, which immediately set a warm and welcoming tone. I was a bit worried about a noise around the building but there was none from his unit. I enjoyed uninterrupted mornings on the balcony and restful day. The apartment had everything: a fully stocked kitchen, strong Wi-Fi, and even a vacuum cleaner. Little details like toothbrush and toothpaste added extra convenience. I’d recommend Tim’s place without hesitation to family, solo travelers, couples, or remote workers.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The place is adorable. Beautiful view from the window, which is definitely a highlight! The place has great aesthetic, done up well with cool psychedelic decor! Wang is a very communicative & helpful host. Whenever I had any questions or issues he would help me out kindly. The stay was good value & definitely worth it. I would highly recommend staying here! And I would love to stay again in the future when I’m back in Chiang Mai! Thx! :)

Phimhaka is a great host! I can only recommend this place! It was a huge relief to arrive in the silence after two weeks of busy city’s in Thailand. The house has all the comfort you want and it’s a place where you can really relax. Maybe the only discomfort we had was getting there. We’ve rented a car to get there. It was an adventure to start driving left, and getting used with the Thai driving style (with the deepest respect for Thai drivers 😀). In the neighbourhood we found a coffee bar with a very friendly lady and a local restaurant with great food! We’ve had to change our travel plans, and Phimphaka was so friendly to understand, and to provide a solution. Only warm words to her, and I wish her all the best!

Great place, really cool spot right on the edge of a creek. Very unique little house, feels like you're tucked away in your own little paradise. Very easy to get to central Chiang Mai. Bob has built something really special here. Super helpful guy and really friendly, I will definitely stay here again.

I had an incredible stay, leading me to extend my visit. Darin was the most exceptional host I've encountered. She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Her hospitality was unmatched, offering me fresh produce from her garden to enjoy in delicious salads. The serene environment was perfect for rejuvenation and connecting with nature. My family is so fond of this forest cottage, especially the kids, love the pool, plants and all kinds of animal crawling at night (the host reminded that the tiger can be heard) Kids walking barefoot in the room and yard, this is what it feels like to live in nature.The yard is too big and happy to watch. We drove by ourselves, the location provided by the host was very accurate, found it right away, and also warmly ordered a bonfire for us because it was already dark when we arrived.A lot of fruits and bread were well prepared and we didn't finish eating it for a week. In addition, I clean the house every other day, change the sheets and pillowcases, but also to help wash the laundry, which is really convenient and comfortable during the trip. We stayed for a week before we fell in love with it.

It’s hard to describe the peace and hospitality you feel from this place. Maan and his family, even his village are so kind and helpful to help us travel through this region. This stay is rural- We were in the back of several trucks to find it, and amenities are few, but dinner and breakfast is served to the cabin after walking the fields and waking up to coffee and breakfast where he welcomed MANY curious questions from two Americans. Even in the off season, there were many birds livestock, and green plants - being able to eat the rice from the location of the farmers family is truly a blessing. Beautiful, authentic, nourishing stay. Thank you for sharing your space.

This was an amazing experience that I had with Suppakit. Very helpful and kind. The cabin is located in a beautiful space and felt super nice and cozy that I had a second thought about leaving! I stayed for a month and really appreciated the weekly cleanings and restoration of water and toilet paper. Suppakit, along with the other staff, were able to assist me with anything that I ever needed. I hope that you get to experience this and don’t miss out on an amazing vibe!

Jintana was extremely helpful and made our stay great! They even set up a projector screen in our cabin for us!
