Amazing place, comfortable bed, great amenities.

This place located near the Central Festival Mall and the new Maya Mall and has a spectacular pool view. Easy drop off and pickup ride share area right out in front of the condo. Last, but certainly not least, the beds were comfortable and the water nice and hot with great water pressure. These simple things made Sirada’s place a 5-Star location!!

Taking the kids to Chiang Mai for two weeks while on the winter break, this time we chose the one condo.This apartment in Rita was sparkling clean with a sofa bed in the living room and sometimes it was very convenient for me to cook porridge noodles in the morning.There is also a Chinese customer service that can be ordered to the room, as well as a pick-up and drop-off service and a Thai massage.The slider pool is accessible from the balcony, and across from the LEGO room and gym.The neighborhood also has a shuttle to various supermarkets and attractions every day.Because I'm going home to New Year, I really want to stay for a few more days.

Our stay at Astra Stay River was fantastic! The apartment was spotless, and it had everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the drinking water dispenser, which made our stay much more convenient compared to carrying water bottles. While the building isn’t directly in the Old Town and the neighborhood is not very touristy, the walk to Old Town is manageable, and taxis are affordable. Overall, a great place to stay!

Absolute beautiful condo with amazing facilities. Natty was very responsive to messages and check in was very easy. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy and pool was out of this world! There’s a baggage storage next to the lobby if you arrive early and the local night bizarre was only a 15 minute walk. I’d highly recommend Natty’s condo.

We loved this home so much we extended our stay! It was perfect for our family with young children as it’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a lovely playground. The owner provided everything we needed and was there when we checked in to show us the house. We all loved it and hope to stay again someday!

Beautiful place!!! Better than the photos! The amazing house provides a relaxing atmosphere. We can play together in the large living room while having our own space when sleeping. The courtyard with the swing is well-trimmed. The chicken coop on the side is cute! Lovely experience!

The location is excellent—quiet but close to everything, with cool, fresh air thanks to its spot near Doi Suthep. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept really well every night. We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

Great stay. A villa in a great setting: large pool, 2 restaurants, 2 cafes, rice fields, very nice, responsive, smiling, listening ...grab without difficulty. Everything was perfect for us.

I am very happy to spend our happy trip to Chiang Mai in this condo, with beautiful decoration, complete facilities, advanced home appliances and a luxury swimming pool with a good view upstairs. If I come to Chiang Mai again, I will choose this condo🥰

The apt is clean and neat. It feels like home. Everything you need is all in the house. The Netflix is already logged in for me to enjoy. But it can’t watch at the last day, it’s ok. The carpark is spacious. Parking space is wide enough, the building is newly built and everything is smart devices. The gym is not big but enough to use, steam is well functioning but not sauna. I didn’t have time to enjoy the swimming pool since the weather a bit windy. But the pool looks cool and surely chill!! Overall, it is well recommended to solo travellers. The place is convenient, nearby is 7-11 and KFC. I will definitely visit Chiang Mai again and book this stay again!!

This was a lovely apartment with everything I needed and a great view of the pool and gardens. I loved the gym and the easy walk to the supermarket. The host is friendly, helpful and quick to respond. I plan to stay again!

Probably one of the nicer condos in the city the infinity pool is deff gram worthy as its 150 metres and on one of the tallest buildings in the city also the sauna and steam room are nice bonuses.

The location is very convenient, and Central Festival Shopping Mall is just across the road. The apartment is very clean and tidy and well-equipped. The landlord was very friendly and communicated smoothly. He also bought local snacks as gifts on the day of check-in. I highly recommend this place.
