Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in San Sai Luang

We can only recommend this place - we will be back! Annie has been a great host who provides us with all the necessary information in advance and shortly before departure and quickly during the stay with questions responded. We liked the apartment very much, location on the 14th floor was great! Very tasteful interior design. The condo is highly recommended, great opportunities to relax with gym, sauna and especially the mega roof top pool!!! It was awesome! Very friendly staff, right across the street is a 7eleven - in case you need anything. In the area there are some nice places, the night market can be easily reached in about 15 minutes on foot, the old town in about 30 minutes walk - just top location! Looking forward to our next stay with you Annie!

Gary, the host, did everything in line with me. My friend broke the check-in time and waited until late at night even though there was a problem. The accommodation was clean and like my home. I don't know if it's because I don't have the next schedule, but they adjusted the checkout time and provided me with convenience. There is a food court where you can enjoy clean local food in 5 minutes on foot, and Maya Soping Mall is also a 6-jun on foot, so it was very comfortable. Living on a rooftop is a pretty interesting experience and we enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop is pretty spacious with a lot of outdoor space to just chill and enjoy the sun and the stars. The place is in a great location for people like us that want to stay in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the Old City.

Cheng's place was exactly as described—clean, tidy, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. The rooftop infinity pool was a great bonus, and the coffee shop in the lobby added a nice touch of convenience.

The place felt warm, clean, and comfortable. It had everything I needed hairdryer, iron, kitchenware, washing machine. I really liked it, it was such a great stay! The walls are a bit thin, thoughI could hear footsteps and noise from the neighboring room quite clearly. So it’s something to keep in mind and be considerate about noise from your own side as well. Overall, it’s definitely worth it. I highly recommend this place :)

My friends are very satisfied with the overall feeling of this homestay. We specially arranged to stay in the homestay for half a day to enjoy the indoor facilities: billiards table, swimming pool, karaoke and barbecue grill. It was like having a happy party. It was very unforgettable. The homestay is not far from the mall and supermarket. I highly recommend it.

The room is not far from tourist attractions. Easy to get around. The house feels as cozy as home. Fully equipped. There is a small kitchen. Everything is available. The bedroom has a soft and comfortable bed. Impressive.🫶🏻

Biw, did all he could to make our stay comfortable. We stayed here two weeks. He connected us with a friend to get a car rental. Got us The house had basic supplies ready in great quantity (tissues, papertowels, toilet paper, coffee,water etc.) Our Family (3kids) were pretty bummed to find out the community pool was closed during our stay(April '25). Double check its back online. Biw did get our family a small pool for the driveway we used for our time there..... Thanks! The neighborhood is very friendly. Our kids played outside alot and we borrowed a scale and babysat dogs from a few of the residents. Our kids wanted to take several of the neighbors adorable dogs home with us. :) Thanks Biw.

We had a wonderful time in Chiang Mai. The house is very clean and comfortable. There is a beautiful yard. We can exercise. The birds are chirping and the flowers are fragrant. The host is very friendly and helpful. Because the plane was late, we arrived in Chiang Mai at 11pm. The host picked us up at the airport. The return flight was in the morning, and the host sent us off early in the morning. She kindly recommended places to us and drove us there. Thank you so much for your help. I'll stay here again next time I come to Chiang Mai.

The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to Nimman 1, Maya Mall.The room is well equipped and the balcony has a magnificent mountain view.The owner replied quickly and communication was smooth.The owner was happy to allow a late check-out for a temporary reason.Neighbors are friendly and quiet.There is renovation during the stay, and there is sometimes noise during working hours, which is unavoidable.The balcony door has a screen, it's sealed, but you can still hear the plane.But it doesn't affect my sleep.I'll come back if I have the chance. Neil was an absolutely amazing host! He showed us everything, explained all the details, and was incredibly responsive and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We fell in love with the balcony and the wonderful restaurants in the area. Everything was perfect, and we’re so grateful for Neil’s hospitality. 5 out of 5!

Great view, quiet, spacious studio apartment. As stated in previous reviews there was no toilet paper, soap or drinking water - but I knew what to expect and so brought these things with me. Korvith was responsive when we had a problem with getting hot water and sent help immediately, problem fixed. The bed was comfortable … all in all, a good experience.
