There are many very nice and old trees in the yard, there is an oversized fish pond, a lot of nice carp, the sunset in the evening is beautiful, the big kitchen boiling has gas, there is daily cleaning, cleaning the yard, picking up the yard in the evening, a lot of outdoor table and chairs, you can freely choose to eat and drink tea in different scenery, we stayed for 7 days, the outside spots and restaurants are not as nice here, really is the feeling of living in the scenery, so much

Had a wonderful stay at Aaron's Airbnb, location is in close proximity of everything. Communication with Aaron was quick and efficient, he messaged us every now and then to make sure our stay was going well. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Aaron for being a great host!

Especially love the first floor!The creation of light and french retro furniture are simply a photographic studio!The kittens bribe with a cat strip really have a sense of lens (the studio on the first floor we live in doesn't feel crowded at all or the private bathroom ~ There is also a super spacious kitchen with all kinds of kitchen utensils and condiments, and the refrigerator and washing machine capacity are also very large for a family to rent. It should be comfortable to rent a long house ~

I had an excellent stay at Tim and Paul’s house, it was an overall great experience. The house is very spacious and feels cozy, ideal for digital nomads and other long stays. The neighborhood has lots of great restaurant options (recommending Sushi Jiro), cleaners, small cafes and bars near the house (but not hearing distance). And the value for money is unbeatable for the amount of space. Highly recommend !

This home was exactly as described. It’s in a quiet street a walkable distance to great restaurants. Very original setting. Within a home environment.

I stayed comfortably for a month. The house was clean, and there was no inconvenience in the kitchen to cook food.And it was really nice that you replaced the bedding once a week and provided a cleaning service. If you say you're uncomfortable, you corrected it right away. Thank you.

A wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean, quiet, and perfect for families. The owner takes excellent care of the place, and everything looked just like the photos. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. If we have the chance to return, we would gladly stay here again.

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

Lovely room and pool! staff were lovely and cafe was convenient by the pool. Unfortunately had very noisy people upstairs but otherwise was great. Grand Canyon Waterpark basically across the road and a 7/11 roughly 20/25 min walk but otherwise need taxis to get around.

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our host, Lalin, and share our experience here. This was actually my second stay in this stunning and artistically designed villa. The community surrounding it was just as tranquil and peaceful as when I visited last time. Originally, we had planned to stay for six nights, but unfortunately, we encountered a rather serious flooding situation that compelled us to move to a different area. Couldn't stay here longer . The host, Lalin, proactively communicated with me to alter the reservation and suggested checking out a few days earlier. If it hadn't been for her timely intervention, I would have been trapped in the flooding and unable to make it to the airport (as taxis were unable to access the area on the following day). Lalin recommended another area in location unaffected by the flooding, and as a result, everything went incredibly smoothly. I am immensely grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend her as a host.

Quite place with everything we needed. Nice with access to pool, welll equipped kitchen, free water, Netflix and free bikes for use. Very good attention by the owner as well.

Our stay at Youdin Kindee was the best we had in Thailand, so far. The wonderful host, Ranee and her son Titan, as well as Jo the smiley house keeper made us feel right at home from the first moment. They were super friendly, helpful and just lovely people in general. The art and adobe buildings are beautiful and inspiring, as is the amazing surrounding view. The children learned to fish, feed the animals and were free to roam the grounds and play, swim in the pool and just enjoy. Lastly, Youdin Kindee was a wonderful place for a much needed rest and healing time from Chiang Mai city. We appreciate the farm so much! And will forever cherish our experience there. It was a family trip, and it was the perfect place for families to stay. It was the best accommodation that satisfied everyone from parents to young children, and I think it will be a very good memory, especially because the host Fatimma and her staff were very kind and gave a perfect reception. Location There are quite a few famous restaurants near the accommodation There are two famous nail shops, so it's convenient. There is a large cafe right next to the accommodation that stays open until late at night, and there is also a barbecue restaurant, so it is very convenient. You can go to Old Town, Ban Cang Wat for 60 baht by taxi. Facilities And the best thing is the 24-hour swimming pool. When everyone is asleep in the middle of the night, when there is no sun, if you swim at that time with only subtle lighting, it's so emotional. You know, you can use it 24 hours a day, but it doesn't mean it's very clean, right? It was very comfortable with a large table and chairs in the accommodation The fridge was also quite large, so it was very convenient. However, it is not a floor mat, but a tile, so it is good to prepare indoor shoes. And since the spear was a wooden spear The atmosphere is good, but there are some mosquitoes. Home Kipa is a must. I personally recommend it. We loved our stay here! I traveled solo with my 3 boys, ages 8, 12, and 13 and we all enjoyed this place. It's very well cared for and everyone is very attentive and kind, always smiling and welcoming. Check in was a breeze. We used the laundry machines provided for a very small fee. The air conditioning works great and the bathroom is divine. We walked each morning to the coffee shop at the end of the road... nothing to write home about but very convenient. There's a friendly cat and bunny that come and go. The gardens are very well cared for and very safe. The location requires the use of a Grab or taxi but it's easy for them to find. If traveling with a big group it'd be worthwhile and doable to rent out more listings on the premises! We loved this place and would happily go back again. We didn't utilize the kitchen so I don't have any feedback on how functional it is.

The host was very kind to us, the stay in a comfortable environment, there is a washing machine that can provide laundry for travelers staying for many days, it is a very nice home👍🏻

Very quiet and safe place to stay. The security guard was very strict about safety issues every late night when we got back to house by taking online-cars. The host is very helpful on everything and quick replying for our questions. The entire room is clean and nice condition. The distance to 7-11 and Big C mini is walkable. And not too far away from each places we wanted to visit in Chiang Mai. We will definitely choose staying here again in the future.

Amazing loft in a quiet area of Chiang Mai without being too far from the city and near to Doi Suthep National Park. Sujitra and Kasper are great hosts, friendly, proactives and reactives. We had absolutely everything we need, it was stylish, luminous, clean and confortable. We had a really good rest during our week stay because we slept too well and relaxed too much on the balcony each morning. We definitely recommend Sujitra's place for a stay in Chiang Mai.
