The Lighthouse House

In the heart of downtown, a spacious apartment with a view of Vesuvius, the sea (on the Sorrento peninsula and Capri) and the lighthouse. 5 minutes walk from the metro Line 1 (University) or 4 minutes walk (Cathedral) that leads to Garibaldi station (1 stop, 3 minutes); a few minutes from Calata Porta di Massa, ferry mooring for the islands (Procida, Ischia and Capri); a stone's throw from Federico II and Oriental Universities; close to the historic center; very close to restaurants, bars, shops for shopping.

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation.
