Kid-friendly holiday rentals in San Pedro, Los Angeles

We love this place. A few wonderful things the description doesn’t mention: (1) the amazing views from the back balcony, (2) higher altitude so it’s nice and cool and also no mosquitoes (houses lower have mosquitoes now), (3) the new amazing washer and dryer, and (4) the hot water for showers is fantastic.

This was my third time staying in Torrance. I like how close it is but it’s not too expensive compared to downtown LA. Adrian’s home is in a nice neighbourhood and also close to a bus station that takes you into LA. The room is small but totally sufficient. Adrian is a nice host and I felt very welcome in his home. Definitely recommend

The house is great! Tons of things provided like stocked bathroom cabinet and snacks which is definitely not always the case. Excellent hosts.

This place is even better than the pictures! It's very spacious, and the rooftop is an amazing space. We found the condo to be more than adequate for the six of us. It's a two-block walk from great restaurants and shops in San Pedro. It's just a wonderful place. We will definitely look at booking again if in San Pedro.

Tastefully decorated place. Comfortable. Close to restaurants and shops. I would stay again as I travel a lot. The only downside, no TV and the bathtub is old and tired looking. I will still give it 5 stars

Unbelievable views that make you just want to sit at the kitchen table or on the deck for hours. The house was clean and checkin/checkout were easy. Would definitely stay again.

I have been staying at Veronica's Studio Apartment on and off for the past 2 years It is my Home Away from Home. I love everything about this studio apartment ... the bed, the TV, the kitchen, the shower, the parking, and of course the location!! I feel a semblance of peace and tranquility each and every visit. We only stayed here one night to attend a graduation, but we absolutely loved the place. The pictures are great, but you won't really get just how charming the place is till you're there. It was plenty of space for 3 of us. Loved the little balcony and the writing/reading corner. We all slept great on the 3 beds: the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, even with the windows open overnight. We were there on a Wed night and we always found a parking spot close to the home along the street. We didn't cook there but it looked like everything you'd need was there. We enjoyed walking 5 minutes to breakfast at Park Pantry and being so close to everything we needed to access. Even with the hosts living in the downstairs home, we never heard them and our upstairs home was quiet and private. Pamela was always quick to respond and was accommodating of our schedule. We'd stay here again and highly recommend.

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place was such a gem! Got to meet the hosts and they were so sweet and and helpful. If you're anywhere near Ocean Ave for the weekend and need a peaceful little oasis, this is your spot! Comfortable, inviting place once you walk in and such a convenient walk to downtown area. Will definitely be booking again!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the host was very helpful with getting us parked and settled in. Uber and Lyft was running all the time and it’s 10-15$ to uber to the venues nearby. We really enjoyed our stay! Definitely will be coming back when we are planning a trip to LA for a concert.

We absolutely loved staying here! Very walkable to everything we wanted to do! The bed was comfortable, and the whole space was clean and smelled great! The host was also very wonderful. And we actually found parking right in front of the gate. We will absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves in Long Beach again!

Jesse and Co were very nice and gave us no issues. They were not overbearing as we were pretty antisocial this stay and they did not bother us for updates or anything. We were pretty busy and it worked for us but everytime we messaged them it was seen almost immediately. The place has some old bones, the place is pretty bare bones, no frills, what we needed but if you are high maintenence or need more than the basics maybe not the place for you. We've never stayed anywhere other than Ocean Blvd which is a lot more boujie then the area around this property (even though its very close distance wise, the feel is definitely different) but also double the cost. It had some questionable characters around the area we saw but nothing terrible. We would stay again the bed was comfy the wall AC did its job and we rarely ever hear/see any of the neighbors and had 0 issues during the stay.

Great stay walkable to restaurant and the beach. Scooters are the way around if you don’t want to uber. The place was cute for a week stay. If you want a little cozy get away surrounded by the mall down the street the beach etc it’s a good location.

The place is perfect! Parking is awesome. The good neighborhood has a lot of coffee shops beach close (5 mins drive, 18mins walk) Bed is huge and comfortable! We would deffenetpy stay here again. I would recommend to change shower head, coz it is bad. and AC is not cooling enough for hot days. :) Thank you!

The place was fantastic. Everything one would need was in the home. It was easy to get to and so much to do within walking distance. Lovely house.

Luis provided a very nice and organized condo to stay at. I needed a place to stay near the Long Beach Convention Center, and this location was ideal! The condo inside was very organized and ready to go. The key fab made the condo feel very private, and I could relax when coming back to sleep. Overall, very nice place and comfortable for staying near the Long Beach Convention Center.

We had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It was near to places and people that we wanted to see while there. Cynthia was a very helpful and friendly host!

Very clean unit, and as described in the listing. Good value for a stay in Long Beach. Miguel was also a generous host - plenty of linens, towels, paper towels and bathroom tissue, in addition to pantry stocked with the necessities.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!
