Best Air BnB experience! The host was very attentive and the check in and checkout process was effortless. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly helpful and gave us a tour and explained where everything was. The view was spectacular. So much to do around and super walkable. Definitely recommend!

c'est difficile d'être original...tous les commentaires disent la même chose parce que s'est amplement mérité ! l'appartement est superbe, très bien décoré, très pratique, nous sommes restés un mois et nous étions comme à la maison. Jess et Carlos sont adorables, aux petits soins dès que l'on demande quelque chose (j'espère que je n'ai pas trop abusé...) mille mercis à vous deux et au plaisir de vous revoir.

Nosotros estuvimos en contacto con Ana, fue amable y muy comunicativa desde antes de la llegada. El lugar es muy bonito y hogareño, super seguro y en una excelente zona. Estuvimos muy cómodas y nos sentíamos seguras y relajadas, tuvimos todo para una estadía cómoda y relajada, mega recomiendo!

Hola! Si vienes en coche al alojamiento este es un excelente lugar, la ubicación hace accesible a vías rápidas de Puebla. Tu acceso está junto a la puerta y puedes subir tu equipaje sin problema, la alberca es muy amplia, nunca tuvimos problema con el internet incluso para videollamadas, es tal cual como dice en la descripción, la cama muy comoda y muchas almohadas, cobijas y toallas, lo recomendaría para dos personas y para estancias cortas, sin embargo hay unos puntos importantes que debes tener en cuenta si te alojas aquí es llevar tu propia agua potable porque no hay garrafón, tener en cuenta que te puedes tardar un poco en tu proceso de entrada por la seguridad de la torre. El anfitrión es muy accesible, te manda toda la información necesaria para tu estancia amigable y nos dio excelentes recomendaciones para tener un panorama amplio de la cuidad recomiendo ampliamente este alojamiento

The apartment is very cute and cozy, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was a nice touch to have plenty of drinking water, yogurt, and sodas in the fridge. The parking lot is big and secure, and the location is perfect—everything is close by. We truly enjoyed our stay! And we’re so glad to have Jess and Carlos as our hosts—they were wonderful: very attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They gave us great orientation and made us feel very welcome.

muy buen host, muy pendiente, tuve algúnas dificultades y fue muy comprensivo. el departamento está sencillo pero tiene todo lo básico.

Es war ruhig und angenehm kühl im Appartement. Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen Schade das der Aufzug nicht funktioniert hat. es lohnt sich aber auf jeden Fall in den 6. Stock hoch zulaufen und die tolle Aussicht auf der Dachterrasse zu genießen!

Excelente opción de hospedaje, Miguel es muy atento y amable. Durante mi estancia me sentí cómoda y segura.

I cannot say enough great things about Jess and Carlos’ Airbnb. The Airbnb is even cuter in person, has so much charm and was probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. It was super clean, the location was perfect, right next to the city center but also on a more quiet street. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Everything was excellent, even little details like recommendations, to helping me prepare a birthday surprise for my partner. They went above and beyond. If it I could give it more than 5 starts I would.

En general, es un departamento que cuenta con todo lo mencionado. La unica desventaja es que esta en el segundo piso donde tienes que subir unas escaleras bastante angostas. Fuera de eso todo estuvo excelente.

El alojamiento cuenta con todo lo necesario y además Diego siempre estuvo al pendiente por si necesitaba algo, me dio recomendaciones y fue flexible con la llegada y salida.

El lugar está muy padre, la zona padrísima, Aquiles se ganó nuestros corazones de inmediato, el único detalle es que no supieron usar la regadera y no preguntamos por pena; pero de ahí en fuera, todo excelente, recomiendo ampliamente este lugar.

The apartment matched its description perfectly and exceeded my expectations. Its location is ideal - just steps from the San Andrés Zócalo in Cholula, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, yet still reasonably peaceful. Of course, being in Cholula, some ambient sounds like church bells and fireworks are part of the charm and beyond anyone’s control. One thing that stood out was the reliable plumbing and consistent hot water - something that’s often a gamble when traveling, but this place nails it. The large balcony is a highlight, offering a stunning view of La Malinche and ample space, making it an ideal spot for yoga. The other residents in the complex were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive vibe. The host, Efren, was exceptional - super responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a great stay. Thanks to him, my experience was truly enjoyable. I’d happily book again!

It is a good apartment in Cholula. It is further from the centre, about 15 minute walk but the area felt safe and it is close to the university. Apartment was just as in pictures with great wifi. Vero was very attentive and easy to communicate with.
