Hello! If you come by car to the accommodation this is an excellent place, the location makes Puebla's fastways accessible. Your access is next to the door and you can raise your luggage without a problem, the pool is very wide, we never had a problem with the internet even for video calls, it is as it says in the description, the bed is very comfortable and many pillows, blankets and towels, I would recommend it for two people and for short stays, however there are some important points that you should take into account if you stay here is to bring your own drinking water because there is no garrafon, keep in mind that you can take a while in your entry process for the security of the tower. The host is very accessible, they send you all the information you need for your stay friendly and gave us great recommendations for a wide view of the city i highly recommend this place

The apartment is very cute and cozy, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was a nice touch to have plenty of drinking water, yogurt, and sodas in the fridge. The parking lot is big and secure, and the location is perfect—everything is close by. We truly enjoyed our stay! And we’re so glad to have Jess and Carlos as our hosts—they were wonderful: very attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They gave us great orientation and made us feel very welcome.

It was quiet and pleasantly cool in the apartment. Despite central location very quiet. We felt very comfortable. We recommend the place Too bad the elevator didn't work. But it is definitely worth it to walk up to the 6th floor and enjoy the great view on the roof terrace!

I cannot say enough great things about Jess and Carlos’ Airbnb. The Airbnb is even cuter in person, has so much charm and was probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. It was super clean, the location was perfect, right next to the city center but also on a more quiet street. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Everything was excellent, even little details like recommendations, to helping me prepare a birthday surprise for my partner. They went above and beyond. If it I could give it more than 5 starts I would.

Overall, it's an apartment that has everything mentioned. The only downside is that it's on the second floor where you have to climb some pretty narrow stairs. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Its location is ideal - just steps from the San Andrés Zócalo in Cholula, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, yet still reasonably peaceful. Of course, being in Cholula, some ambient sounds like church bells and fireworks are part of the charm and beyond anyone’s control. One thing that stood out was the reliable plumbing and consistent hot water - something that’s often a gamble when traveling, but this place nails it. The large balcony is a highlight, offering a stunning view of La Malinche and ample space, making it an ideal spot for yoga. The other residents in the complex were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive vibe. The host, Efren, was exceptional - super responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a great stay. Thanks to him, my experience was truly enjoyable. I’d happily book again!

It is a good apartment in Cholula. It is further from the centre, about 15 minute walk but the area felt safe and it is close to the university. Apartment was just as in pictures with great wifi. Vero was very attentive and easy to communicate with.
