Kid-friendly holiday rentals in San Pedro

Great spot for four adults. This is a little bit of a walk (10 mins) outside of the main town area, but it made for a very quiet and relaxing time when we were there. The beds were very comfortable, AC worked great, and the deck/pool was a wonderful spot to relax. We loved our time at on Caye Caulker and would stay at this spot again.

Villa Serenity offers the perfect blend of a private house and resort-like amenities. Upon booking, I was contacted by the concierge, Zoby, who went above and beyond to ensure our smooth arrival. Zoby arranged our airline tickets to the island, golf cart rental, and snorkeling tour before we even set foot on the island.Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff, and Zoby gave us a tour of the house and property. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The well-appointed kitchen allowed us to cook several breakfasts and dinners effortlessly. The rooms were spaced apart nicely, providing each guest with ample privacy. The property was well maintained, and the entire time we were there, it remained quiet and serene. We had the pool to ourselves most days, but even when other families were present, the design of the pool ensured that everyone had enough space to enjoy themselves. Extremely close to the airport which is convenient. Quiet in the evenings, and had enough space. Recommend renting bikes to get back and forth from the rest of the island, it's about 10 minutes of riding to get to the main tourist areas. Would stay again

Lucrecia was so welcoming and kind! Made sure we had what we needed and gave so many recommendations. She was so helpful with transportation from the airport to the ferry and from the ferry to the birdhouses! Would definitely book again if we came back to Belize , couldn’t recommend this place anymore.

Amanda was a great host. She made communication and check-in easy. The home was in a perfect location. I was walkable to restaurants while being just far enough away from the bars to provide a tranquil atmosphere. The property had a lot of plants which provided cool shade, and the lofted home had a cool breezy atmosphere. I would 100% recommend this house!

Definitely a beautiful location, we had a group of 5 women and everyone had their own space. It’s exactly like the pictures describe. Things to note: there’s not much to do in San Pedro but the restaurants are amazing. The location is further out BUT there are treats around it

My wife, two young boys, & myself had a wonderful experience at Shades of Blue. From crystal clear waters, to stars galore, beautifulviews, a fantastic care taker of the property, plenty of marine life, etc. The island is fantastic & the home itself is located in a great location if you want a quiet spot. The home has everything you could possibly need. I never like being in the busy areas so this was perfect for us. The only thing I would say is if you’re traveling with young ones & it’s not peak tourist season getting the appropriate groceries & can prove to be a bit of a chore. They offer a service to have groceries waiting for you upon your arrival & I highly suggest utilizing this. A golf cart is absolutely essential due to the location of the property in respect to restaurants, San Pedro Town, Secret Beach, etc. The only issue we had during our stay was a problem with the keyless entry, but the caretaker took care of it immediately.

Casa Holiday was perfect for my family. The property was very clean and the pictures matched what is shown on the listing. Very thoughtful, unexpected amenities like ground, coffee, shampoo and conditioner packets, small in room safes and a bottled water dispenser. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning units worked well. The screened in porch is nice for sitting out at night without mosquitoes. The pool area was perfect and well kept. Walking distance to several restaurants. Easy to get back into town by golf cart.

If we ever decide to come back to visit Belize, this will be our choice to stay. The comfy cabin Is at the very end of the island. It was peaceful and being able to sit out on the dock every morning watching the local fisherman go by and as well as sunsets it’s the perfect place to get away and relax. Very close to town by either bicycle or golf cart. We enjoyed our time very much.

What a sweet spot! Costa Nube is a beautiful accommodation, with everything we needed and more for a week long stay. The upstairs deck is gorgeous and we spent several hot afternoons there soaking in the view where the breeze made it cooler. Shower and bathroom were in great condition, AC worked well at nights. Grateful for the bikes as they (or a golf cart taxi) are needed to get to town (it's about 15-20 min bike on a pretty bumpy road - a good little workout and a headlamp-lit adventure at night!). Aldo and Kolleen were also so helpful with tons of recommendations, aloe for my sunburn, and help getting a taxi when our texts didn't go thru. Thank you for such a lovely time on Caye Caulker!

This condo was beautiful and spacious! Lots of room and a great balcony to sit out and enjoy the breeze. Also it was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at an Airbnb! The pool was large and relaxing. We did have to deal with a little construction noise next door while at the pool but we were ok with that. The location was perfect. It was close to downtown San Pedro but not too close and close to other restaurants that you weren’t having to travel to far. Overall great place to stay.

Title: A Perfect Waterfront Getaway! I recently stayed at this beautiful waterfront condo and it exceeded all my expectations! The modern amenities made our stay incredibly comfortable, and the multiple pools overlooking the beach and ocean were absolutely heavenly. The resort features two fantastic restaurant options, both offering delicious meals with stunning views. We also indulged in the spa facilities, which were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day in the sun. The condo is impeccably maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of fresh towels provided. Additionally, the transportation to and from the airport was seamlessly arranged, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape. I can't wait to return!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would 😊 We enjoyed our stay very much and felt right at home in Picololo. The apartment has everything you need and the addition of the bikes was very helpful for getting around. Comfy bed, good wifi, very well equipped. Pike picked us up and dropped us off at the water taxi and gave us a tour of the island when we arrived which we were very grateful for. Hilary and Pike are warm and friendly and want to make sure you have everything you need. Another highlight is spending time with their beautiful dogs. We’d definitely like to come back. I had an incredible stay at this beachfront property in San Pedro, Belize! The stunning ocean views, peaceful atmosphere, and direct beach access made it a dream getaway. Angel, the host, was amazing—super helpful, welcoming, and always available with great local tips. The property was spotless, well-equipped, and best of all, no TV! It was refreshing to disconnect and fully enjoy nature. If you’re looking for a relaxing, beachfront escape, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Jose is awesome - this spot was so close to plenty of things, very accessible if you booked a fishing trip or got groceries delivered. Loved Nala and Mia (the guard dogs!), and other guests were very pleasant. Jose has tons of recommendations, and golf carts to rent if you need them. Would visit again - San Pedro is awesome!

Our group had a fabulous time at Oceans Edge. Having an en suite to each room in addition to the hallway bathroom and laundry gave plenty of space for the group to have their privacy and relax for the next day's adventure. Ester was incredibly welcoming and had great recommendations. I highly recommend a boat trip on Belize Master Tours with Selvin and Edgar. unforgettable experience! the condo itself is a good 20 minute+ drive in a dusty golf cart down an unpaved and rough road but we knew that going in and made the most of it. You won't be disappointed with the views, the space or the hospitality. Thanks again for a great stay.

I can not rave about this place enough. From our amazing host, Leila, who was so responsive and incredibly helpful before and during our stay. To the very peaceful location with all the amenities, the delicious food at the restaurant with amazing staff, and all staff onsite. I would recommend this Airbnb over and over again.

The staff at Diamante were excellent. Text communication prior to check in, transport to and from the airport, staff was working the property day and night by cleaning the pool and hot tub, gardening, and security on property at night. The service was excellent and easy. The location of the property is right on the beach, and next door to best restaurants, docks, Central Park, and piers used by the tour companies. Would highly recommend it!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! We arranged a golf cart rental through the host and Amer met us at the ferry terminal to deliver it (and met us at water taxi for dropoff). We followed him to the property and he brought in our bags before we could even park the cart. Barb was there waiting to greet us and provide a walkthrough of the unit and made sure we had everything we needed. The unit itself was exactly as pictured – clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. Daily maid service kept everything tidy with and provided fresh dry towels. The Wi-Fi was reliable and allowed us to work remotely without any issues. The location, about a half-mile north of the bridge, was fantastic, although you can hear some traffic noise. We recommend a golf cart to get around so you don't have to walk along the road at night. Being right on the beach was amazing and the adjacent snorkel shop and restaurants were great. There's a nice pool and lounge area situated between the beach and unit.

Such a great spot—right on the beach, private but still walkable to everything. The rooftop was perfect for sunrise and relaxing. The host was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

This was a great find! We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the view from our stay! It was so close to the split and surrounded by many great restaurants and cafes! Would definitely come back

Vacasa was a beautiful and peaceful stay! I spent two nights there after a large group trip, choosing it as a quiet, private space for a personal writing and artist retreat. Red Ginger #13 is oceanfront, clean, and cozy—perfect for relaxation. The southern location offers peace, though limited access to the city without transport. I recommend renting a golf cart. Ever, the taxi driver, was reliable ($15 USD each way to the city/port). A small market nearby is helpful for essentials. The house was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable, and the setting ideal—I spent each morning doing yoga, reading, and writing on the dock. On my final day, the power went out (beyond the host's control), which unfortunately caused me to miss a class, but the property manager was very kind and responsive throughout. Despite that hiccup, I’d absolutely stay here again. It’s a beautiful, grounding space for rest and creative recharge.

Zack's place was fantastic. Great location, just north of town and within walking distance of everything you'd need. He was incredibly helpful with recommendations. The pool is a perfect spot to relax and get some sun. When the drinking water ran low, he quickly arranged for another 5 gallons to be delivered the next morning. I highly recommend!
