Holiday rentals with a pool in San Pedro

We enjoyed our stay at the La Perla Del Caribe. The listing and photos accurately described both the location and the accommodations. The staff was amazing. They were kind, helpful, responsive, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was exactly what we wanted. We wouldn't hesitate to return if our travels brought us to this beautiful island again in the future.

We had a lovely stay. The property was very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for us to be downtown for access to excursions, dining and drinks. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

We loved staying at the Hidden Gem. Great location, fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space yet felt cozy. This was our second visit to Caye Caulker and from now on this is where we will stay. The host was very communicative and the staff was friendly and helpful. Location is walking distance to everything yet felt peaceful and quiet. Loved having the pool as well!

Very private at the end of the island, dock and pool were very nice features and appreciated the snorkeling gear and kayaks!

Villa Serenity offers the perfect blend of a private house and resort-like amenities. Upon booking, I was contacted by the concierge, Zoby, who went above and beyond to ensure our smooth arrival. Zoby arranged our airline tickets to the island, golf cart rental, and snorkeling tour before we even set foot on the island.Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff, and Zoby gave us a tour of the house and property. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The well-appointed kitchen allowed us to cook several breakfasts and dinners effortlessly. The rooms were spaced apart nicely, providing each guest with ample privacy. The property was well maintained, and the entire time we were there, it remained quiet and serene. We had the pool to ourselves most days, but even when other families were present, the design of the pool ensured that everyone had enough space to enjoy themselves. Byron's place was the perfect place to unwind for the week. He had so many helpful tips and recommendations... especially for someone who has never been to SP. He recommended a small Golf Cart rental place, MK's, that turned out to be the perfect choice. You'll DEFINITELY want a golf cart while you are there as you are pretty far away from town. That was part of the appeal and charm for us. The golf cart rides exploring the island was one of our favorite things. It's a good idea to bring a small high powered flashlight to help with night travels. I bring one everywhere I go & I'm glad as the golf cart lights tend to be dim. Byron was so responsive & helpful wirh everything & the house & it's amenities were perfect. I highly recommend staying at Byron's! . Also Byron left binder with list of recommendations & very clear instructions on everything, & his manager, Rubio, walks you through everything. Also make sure you check out Maya & Viv for tours, a single mother & daughter team.

Very nice place. Not really walkable to eat and do other activities so you will need a golf cart. It was fine for me as I rather drive into the action and go home to peace. Hired a cook for the week… Marcelicoy… they were great and great food. Enjoyed our stay.

This house and the pool and the dock area are all wonderful. Very peaceful and was exactly what I was hoping it would be. My husband and I had the upstairs suite and my son and his girlfriend had the downstairs suite. There was plenty of space. The golf cart was a great add on. We toured into town and beyond a lot. The only negative was that it had rained a lot while we were there and it made the road very hard to drive. The 3 miles down the gravel to the pavement took us up to twenty minutes to drive. I seen on line that they fixed it the day after we left. Of course. We sat on the dock and watched the fish and stingrays. Pretty cool. We kayaked and fished as well. Everything we needed was there. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone wanting a beautiful home with an amazing view.

Palapa House is great. The king suite was roomy. It was nice having the kitchen although we never cooked there. The pool is a great amenity. You can't beat the location. It's close to town and to many bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

I can not rave about this place enough. From our amazing host, Leila, who was so responsive and incredibly helpful before and during our stay. To the very peaceful location with all the amenities, the delicious food at the restaurant with amazing staff, and all staff onsite. I would recommend this Airbnb over and over again.

We had an AMAZING stay at Steffi’s place! She was so kind and responsive, helped us book a taxi from the ferry, quick to replace water when we needed it. The place itself is great so good to have two rooms with king size beds for two couples as you don’t see that at many places. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was way bigger than we expected! Pool was perfect and the roof rooftop was great for seeing the sunset and sunrise.

We had an incredible week staying at this beautiful second-floor condo in San Pedro. The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning — we spent many mornings and evenings just soaking in the scenery from the balcony. The location was ideal: close enough to everything we needed, but still tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. One of the highlights of our stay was booking a 90-minute massage right on the property — such a relaxing treat! Pista & Eva was extremely responsive and accommodating from the moment we booked. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and truly made us feel at home. The dock on the property made it super convenient to hop on boats for excursions, and Eva was knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations and bookings for local adventures. This place made our Belize experience even more memorable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located and thoughtfully hosted getaway!

Absolutely Perfect Stay! The condo was incredibly spacious, spotless, and perfectly suited for our family of six. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook full meals and then some! It truly felt like a home away from home with all the essentials for a relaxing vacation. The views from the patio overlooking the ocean were absolutely stunning. My husband spent most of his time fishing right off the deck and even caught a barracuda and a nurse shark definitely a highlight of our trip! Zeke was amazing super responsive and helpful. He answered all of our questions and made us feel confident exploring the area. He even connected us with Captain Carlos, who took us on an unforgettable full day of snorkeling, fishing, and a beach BBQ. We felt completely spoiled during our stay and are already looking forward to returning in the future!

Such a great spot—right on the beach, private but still walkable to everything. The rooftop was perfect for sunrise and relaxing. The host was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Vacasa was a beautiful and peaceful stay! I spent two nights there after a large group trip, choosing it as a quiet, private space for a personal writing and artist retreat. Red Ginger #13 is oceanfront, clean, and cozy—perfect for relaxation. The southern location offers peace, though limited access to the city without transport. I recommend renting a golf cart. Ever, the taxi driver, was reliable ($15 USD each way to the city/port). A small market nearby is helpful for essentials. The house was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable, and the setting ideal—I spent each morning doing yoga, reading, and writing on the dock. On my final day, the power went out (beyond the host's control), which unfortunately caused me to miss a class, but the property manager was very kind and responsive throughout. Despite that hiccup, I’d absolutely stay here again. It’s a beautiful, grounding space for rest and creative recharge.
