Apartment in excellent condition. It is better in person than the pictures. It won't let you down. Excellent that it has an en-suite room and another one with 2 beds and another bathroom. We use the kayak for a walk, we also play with balls and rackets, and when we wanted to rest, we had the hammocks. It is the place to unplug and have a nice time. 28 beautiful days we spent with my partner and daughter in Sigi's house. The neighborhood is really calm. Easily accessible. Very close to main entrances (Panamericana). Very friendly security people. The house is as seen in the photos. All splendor. As she has small children and I went with my little daughter they left us hundreds of toys. I didn't need to take her anything. He played all the time and was happy. The pool is a spectacle. Gigante. The park is very large and with games for boys as it says in the description (trampoline, slide, hammock and wooden house). My happy baby. The rooms are very comfortable and everything is very clean. I was offered to go the sinkhole, the gardener and a person to clean once a week. Excellent. They always available by wa for whatever we need. Very quiet the neighbors, I didn't hear them. The kitchen is very complete, comfortable to cook. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

This is a great location to stay in Pilar area.Apt is well equipped. Security in main gate. Garage / parking is covered and free. Nicolas is a responsive host. Easy self check in.

Everything was great, the apartment had everything you needed, the place was very nice, the mattress, sheets and quilts were excellent. The shower water was hot, there was no hair dryer and some soap, but the rest was very good. We were very comfortable and the area is close to the river station and the fruit port. There's a bar on the corner for breakfast. Two cold-hot splits. We'd come back!
