This house is in the countryside just east of Chapala surrounded by corn fields where it's quiet all day and night. The residence is the entire ground floor of a house including garden, terrace and pool. They are all totally private and secluded from all sides. The town of Chapala is a 3 minute drive away. Another 3 minutes and you're in the Central Plaza, the Malecon or Christina Park. Guests can check out as late as 2pm if there isn't a resevation for the next day.

House built 7 years ago, with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, excellent wifi, terrace, garden, garage for 3 cars, pool with warm water, in a safe and quiet subdivision with very few neighbors, overlooking the spectacular lagoon. It is 12 minutes from the town of Chapala, 10 minutes from the town of Mezcala, 20 minutes from the town of Ajijic and 35 minutes from Guadalajara International Airport. Excellent weather all year round.
