Family-friendly holiday rentals in San Nicolas

We stayed at Divi before and booked direct with resort. This time we found a room on air bnb. Also, Olga & Slav have a 2 bedroom which is hard/impossible to find direct with resort. All of the amenities needed were in room and there was even stuff to use at pool/beach in the closet. The hosts were very responsive to questions and proactively communicated info on check in and WiFi. We would definitely stay again.

Absolute Perfection – A Slice of Paradise! Staying at Gustavo’s condo in the Oasis Luxury Condos near Eagle Beach was everything we hoped for and more. The location is simply unbeatable—peaceful, quiet, and just a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The gated community felt very safe and welcoming, and the entire complex is beautifully maintained. The condo itself was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. From morning coffee on the patio to evenings by the pool, every moment felt like a dream. Gustavo was an outstanding host—extremely responsive and helpful, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. If you’re looking for tranquility, luxury, and convenience all in one, this is it. Truly all you could ever want in the most amazing location. We’re already planning our return—thank you, Gustavo, for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

The entire stay was as advertised. It truly exceeded expectation by checking off even the small things Big shower with great water pressure and plenty of hot water The AC worked well and kept the room as cold as desired The entire process was very simple and explained throughly before check in and check out.

Loved Izzy’s place! It was safe, clean and convenient. 5-10 minutes drive to beaches & restaurants. Apartment was well maintained and stocked really well. Everything we needed for a 5 days stay was provided for; from kitchen appliances to washer and dryer and even laundry detergent! Izzy was so responsive to all of our questions and needs and her response time was exemplary! Izzy also provided 2 beach chairs and a cooler, which were very useful. Adding a small beach umbrella to the amenities would be amazing since some beaches ran out of umbrella rental. Five stars and highly recommend Izzy’s place!

Simply wonderful, clean, spacious and beautiful condo. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Bathroom with hotel amenities, soaps, towels etc. Very nice resort, beautiful gardens, pools, beach. It was just too short, next time we’ll book a longer stay. Thank you Mario!

Resort was perfect . Only thing that sucked was the hot tub not in use . And the shower water gets warm after about 10 mins . But everything else was straight

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was seamless, and Ricardo was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The location is perfect—close to a grocery store and a short walk to Eagle Beach (even after a full beach day, the walk was easy!). The condo was very well stocked with everything we could have needed and more. While the beds are a bit dated, they were sufficient for our stay. We’d absolutely recommend this place and would gladly return! Thank you Ricardo & Maria—A+++ would recommend!

El lugar de Scott es realmente muy bueno, su ubicación es excelente, el servicio es bueno y nos encantó. Solo tuvimos un inconveniente en el check in, nos cargaron $50 USD adicionales por impuestos y dijimos que ya todo estaba pago como Scott nos lo comunicó, sin embargo, la señora de la recepción indicó que era imposible que debíamos pagarlo al igual que un depósito adicional de $250 USD. Igual se solucionó, pero fue un tema de otras personas y no de Scott. El siempre estuvo atento y respondió nuestras inquietudes Muy buen lugar Lo escogeríamos de nuevo

Los anfitriones respondienron siempre en el momento y ayudaron a lo solicitado muy amables . La casa es hermosa. El baño de la habitacion principal es el mejor de la casa, los otros dos baños son mucho mas sensillos . Su patio ideal para estar allí todo el tiempo. hermoso lugar para relajarse. El asador es ideal para usarlo todos los días super practico. vale la pena hospedarse aquí y disfrutar de la casa . hicimos kayak y snorquel (la casa tiene varios ) esta a 18 min de baby beach q es de las más lindas playas . La recomiendo. Esta a un paso de fliying fishbone ... y zeerover . pasamos días hermosos allí! gracias por todo

A great place to stay as a solo traveller or travelling 2, situated in a nice safe neighbourhood walking distance to the beach and main cruise area. Very friendly and accommodating hosts would gladly stay again in the future :)

We needed this property quickly as we decided to extend our stay, for a day, last minute. When we pulled up we were greeted by Fiar, who walked us through the property. He also texted me so I could have direct communication with him at my convenience. During our initial contact, we spoke about breakfast places in the area and Fiar immediately texted some options after he left. Later that night we had an unfortunate issue, as our rental car broke down. I let Fiar know about the situation, and he arranged a taxi for us to the airport the next day. As for the property, it sits right on the water, so the patio is it's best attribute, but, that being said, I'm definitely not taking away from the home itself. The bed was very comfortable, and the home is very clean and updated. To sum it up, our stay was A+ in every possible metric. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Aruba.

Se lo recomiendo a todos. Está en una zona super tranquila, pero a 5~10 minutos del corazon del centro de Palm Beach, resorts y playa. Habitación muy confortable y con buen espacio para 2 personas. Zona exterior muy buena para juegos o relajar. Albert és muy amable, nos dió recomendaciones y siempre estuvo para ayudar.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning kept us cool, and the well-stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals, which was a huge plus for our family. The outdoor space was pure heaven—our family spent so much time enjoying the beautiful pool, swimming multiple times a day! It truly felt like our private oasis. The location was perfect as well, making it easy to explore the island while having a relaxing, comfortable retreat to come back to. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect home base in Aruba! We hope to be back someday and wi recommend this place to friends!

Vicky’s air bnb made our stay extra relaxing. It’s located a short walk from baby beach, and that ended up making a huge difference for us since we fell in love with that particular beach and went to it every day :) The air bnb itself is beautiful and relaxing. It had an outdoor shower, a couple of hammocks and lounge chairs, and a small rooftop, so it was the perfect place to come back to after swimming all day. The unit we stayed in was small and it had everything we needed, including a kitchen (stocked with utensils, pans, even cooking oil). I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Vicky was also super kind and responsive to all our questions. She was very productive with communication even a couple of weeks before our date of arrival. Just a very kind and considerate host in general :) Please consider this air bnb if you’re visiting Aruba!

We had an amazing time at Mariebelle's. The house is gorgeous and 5 minutes away from restaurants in Palm Beach, 3 min away from Eagle beach and 2 min away from the Super Food Plaza supermarket. Mariebelle was always responsive to any question we had and helfull when ever we needed something. We hope that her place will be avaliable next time we plan our Trip to Aruba. My stay at Judy's Palm Beach home over the holiday season was absolutely perfect! The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive and cozy atmosphere. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and even more stunning than the photos. Judy was an exceptional host—quick to respond, incredibly accommodating, and thoughtful in every detail. She provided clear instructions for check-in and even left a lovely welcome gift for us, which was a wonderful touch. The location was ideal, just minutes from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. It truly felt like a home away from home, and our family made so many wonderful memories here. Roberto was kind to us on our trip! He also was accommodating to my group who didn’t stay at the property as well. Very friendly and fun personality. We will be back and will stay there again!! The property was just what we needed and was comfortable. The pool area was nice and clean.

Rik and Karen were tremendous hosts and really made our last minute trip feel like we'd been planning it for months. Rik had the door open for us before we even finished parking and was able to accommodate our early arrival. He took the time to show us around the property and amenities, as well as guide us on local spots to eat and the best beach access. Despite having a car, we chose to walk to the beach and some nearby restaurants as everything was very accessible. Rik was also incredibly available to accommodate any request we had, even providing us a vacuum to clean out our rental car before we left. Everything exceeded our expectations and I'll most definitely be reaching out to Rik next time we return to the island.

Always a sad day when I need to leave this perfect apartment and my extraordinary hosts. My only solace is to count the days until my next stay! Great location for Aruba Hi-Winds competition (plan to attend one day, if you haven't, one of the the premier events on the island) and access to the newly dedicated Sarah Quita Beach (Fisherman's Hut area)! You will be glad you chose to stay with superhosts Barbara and Gino! Enjoy :)

My husband and I stayed for a wonderful 9 days! Dirk and Kyra were fabulous, welcoming, helpful, etc. We found the suite just right for our needs. Comfy and well equipped. Loved having access to fresh eggs each day, and visiting all the critters. Being animal people, it really did help us feel more at home! Waking up each morning to the sweet doggo faces at the door made my day. Please keep in mind there are lots of dogs all over Aruba. This street in particular can get a bit noisy at times with all the dogs around barking. Roosters each morning too at the neighbor's houses. So if you like a more quiet place or want to sleep in, I would recommend you bring ear plugs, or you may be unhappy. The property itself was lovely! We really enjoyed the patio and the pool was fabulous. Easy to drive anywhere on the island from here. Definitely recommend!! ** Reminder- there is a tourist tax on ALL properties in Aruba. It's Law. So just budget that in for yourself. **

Kris’s place was excellent. There are three units and we stayed in the Penthouse for six weeks. The yard and pool are private and beautiful. The apartment was super clean with comfy beds and nice furniture. A fantastic porch with views of the sea and nice furniture. A good, well equipped kitchen, separate dining room and living room and three bedrooms and bathrooms. And a nice gas grill by the pool. This is in a safe neighborhood very close to Manglo Halto beach. It is not in the very busy north part of the island but rather in a real neighborhood with everything you need close by and plenty of beaches, restaurants and activities. Kris is an incredibly responsive and helpful host. Any issues were resolved immediately and willingly. The level of response was actually over the top. We have stayed in many, many rentals and Kris rates as the best host ever. He made our stay effortless and so much fun. You will not be disappointed.

This house was a fantastic change of pace from our normal resort vacations. I would highly recommend this property and Petra!
