Renovated in 2019, it can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor a living area with sofa bed and kitchenette and bathroom, on the top floor a large bedroom with a small bathroom, balcony overlooking the sea and Vieste old town. Gli ospiti possono stare nella veranda adiacente, oppure spostarsi nel prato all'ombra del corbezzolo e godere del favoloso panorama. la Casina é su due piani: al piano terra c'è cucina e bagno, al piano superiore camera da letto e bagno di servizio. I due livelli sono uniti da una scala esterna. Panorama ammirabile stando anche comodamente a letto grazie ai finestroni che danno sul paese e sul mare.
