This is the most comfortable home I’ve ever stayed in. I came here to focus on my work, and it was perfect. The place is calm and peaceful—just what I needed.

This place is a private community with many lanes. We got lost at first, but Pak and his housekeeper came to the rescue just in the nick of time. The communication with Pak was very good. The inside of the house is very spacious and beautiful, but some of the furniture can use some upgrade. The location is good, and the place is very peaceful. We use this house as our place to sleep because we had lots of meetings, so we didn't spend much around the house during the day. The housekeeper is very responsive, helpful and friendly. A truly wonderful and chill place with an amazing host! The appartment is super cozy and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Surrounded by endless green fields, it's the perfect spot to relax . So glad to have met Jeffrey — see you again ;)

We had a wonderful time staying at Baan Sawan. Everything was perfect from the hot tub to the kitchen, the super comfortable and clean beds to the swimming pool. Getting a Grab taxi into town was simplicity. Mrs Tik made recommendations, organised massages and was incredibly warm and friendly.
