Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

We loved our stay in Mariangelas home and could not have asked for a better host. Upon check-in, Mariangelas team was there waiting to let us in and show us around the place. Place was small but had all essentials needed and was as described in the description. Location was ideal as you are within 20 minutes of all major attractions and sites. Mariangela was very responsive and provided any assistance or recommendations needed in a timely manner. AC was great but not really needed in April. Only small complaint was the hot water runs out after a few minutes and with 2 people you need to wait a bit between each shower. Other than this, place was incredible and we would certainly stay here again! Mariangela is the best host and we could have not asked for a better experience in Florence!

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Wir haben uns hier zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war sauber und Fabio war stets erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Anlage inklusive Pool war sehr schön und die Nähe zu Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten perfekt, um voll und ganz entspannen zu können. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We had an amazing stay at Graziano’s apartment. It was spacious, full of light and very clean. We were received by his son Paolo who was very courteous and polite. we would definitely come back to stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone..

Totul a decurs foarte bine,de la comunicarea cu Leonardo, care a fost foarte atent cu noi si cu procesul de check in pana la cazarea noastra in acest apartament care e pozitionat foarte bine spre o priveliste incantatoare si linistita. Nu ne-a lipsit nimic, practic am avut un confort ca acasa, somnul a fost chiar odihnitor avnd paturi si lenjerie confortabila. Recomand cu mare placere pentru ca este o placere sa poposesti la aceasta cazare pe care as descrieo in 3 cuvinte: bun gust, lejeritate si liniste.

The host was very friendly and helpful. She communicates well and responds quickly. The apartment was very clean and looked exactly like on the pictures. I definitely recommend this place.

David's place was perfect, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and at home. The apartment was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants but not too close as to get all the foot traffic and noise. The apartment was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed (great kitchen, good wifi (as my husband needed to work while there), comfortable beds, modern appliances, everything we needed. We even had use of a bicycle which is a definitely something necessary in Lucca! David was very responsive and helpful (despite the time difference between us). He put a guidebook together which was perfect in getting us started on our stay in Lucca. We truly enjoyed the apartment and would highly recommend!

Walk the walls, should not be missed. Take it from the river end up to the Tower. Walk by the river Arno, so beautiful. Take advantage of happy hour.

Esperienza più che positiva, Elena host disponibile e premurosa. La casa è curatissima nei particolari, arredata con gusto. Il giardino è anch'esso curato con attenzione, pratico e riservato. Da ritornare !!!

Stefania è stata gentilissima e super disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un problema con una bicicletta e ce l’ha sostituita subito. Tutto perfetto, appartamento in ordine e pulito, non proprio centrale ma facilmente raggiungibile con le biciclette. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Very good convenience, only 3 minutes walk from the Pisa Central Station and 20minutes from the airport. Good condition and well decorated beautiful house!

Tutto bene. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, luminoso e curato, sito in zona molto tranquilla, vicinissimo al lungomare e all’Accademia Navale (ottimo per i concorsisti). Eleonora è stata molto gentile e disponibile, la comunicazione puntuale e precisa, check-in e check-out facili e veloci. Consigliatissimo.

Otroligt boende som överträffade förväntningarna, Francesco är en underbara värd som var väldigt hjälpsam och hade lokal rekommendationer på allt. Från bästa bageriet till vingården du inte får missa. Rekommenderar stark och kommer förmodligen tillbaka!

Piece of heaven on earth! The views, the house, the terrace, the pool, and the nature (specially the sound of the birds in the morning) was all spectacular. Lovely hosts that accommodated everything and provided an abundance of recommendations (in a super organized laminated folder).

Deborah ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. So eine tolle Gastgeberin hatten wir noch nie. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Toskana und ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir können Deborahs und Katias Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Struttura splendida, tutto pulito ed ordinato. Abbiamo avvisato che sarebbe venuto con noi anche il nostro cagnolino e abbiamo trovato nell’appartamento una cuccia e una ciotola. Daniela la loro collaboratrice in zona è stata gentilissima e collaborativa. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Wir waren zum Saisonausklang zu Gast in dieser wirklich schönen Gegend und haben uns vor Ort direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Die alte Ölmühle und unser Appartment ist großzügig gestattet, entsprach der Beschreibung, die dargestellten Fotos sind in der Realität sogar noch besser. Es war alles sauber, alle Gerätschaften haben funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der große Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt, insbesondere der Kinder, sehr aufgewertet. Der Empfang vor Ort klappte reibungslos und wurde im Vorfeld sehr gut vorbereitet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen - das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top! My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.
