This unique home is a part of the old sea front fishing village in Santa Margherita Ligure built in the late 1800s and is newly renovated but with its original architecture and style! It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a loft with a double bed. Gorgeous seaside & town views with cafes, restaurants and boutiques and direct access to the beach. It is on the 4th floor with no lift but we will help you with your luggage. Just a short ferry or car ride or 45 min walk to Portofino!

Rating: 5 Stars ⭐️ We had an absolutely perfect stay! The apartment was spotless and ideally located – just a short walk to our dive school and the promenade with plenty of restaurants. Nothing was missing: the place was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, washer-dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. The abundance of towels and excellent air conditioning made our stay even more comfortable. The handover was smooth and very friendly. We were welcomed with Prosecco and water in the fridge, and even received farewell gifts. Our dog was also warmly thought of – with his own ball! We would come back anytime – highly recommended! 🥰

Fantastic apartment with historical buzz and views of the entire city. From the large private roof terrace, we had a "360" degree view. Walking distance to most things. If there had been a grill on the terrace and a coffee machine in the kitchen, we would have been in heaven. We would gladly came back.

The highlight of the accommodation is the enchanting view it offers, unique as few in the area. The studio apartment has a kitchen in excellent condition and equipped with the necessary, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine with pods, comfortable sofa bed, TV with services. Very clean with a good level of general comfort. Please note, however, that the reserved parking space is located at the level of the SS Aurelia. The apartment, on the other hand, is subject to several tens of metres of height difference. You should be aware that you will have to climb a good number of steps. You can drive down, but the road's size and twistiness require special attention and skill. Giancarlo is an affable, understanding, and helpful person, like few of the hosts I have met so far. It will make you feel at home and pampered. I'll definitely be back soon!

Wonderful apartment with everything you need, beautiful, quiet place. Very friendly and helpful hostess who picked me up at the train station, attentive to my needs, quick responses, guidance to help me get around the place. For spectacular running and hiking! The beach is just a few metres away, a dream come true. Very close to Portofino, Paraggi, it's very good for walking and spectacular, I'll be back. Thank you very much!

The apartment was exactly as described, with a dedicated parking space and a clean, tidy environment. The host was very welcoming, responded quickly and positively, and provided lots of useful information. The view from the property was absolutely stunning—we actually regretted staying for only one night. At night, the moonlight reflecting on the sea created a shimmering, enchanting scene that was truly unforgettable.
