Villa holiday rentals in San Michele all'Adige

Wir haben mit 6 Erwachsenen und Kindern 6 Nächte in der Villa verbracht und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Villa verfügt über alles was man braucht. Terrasse, Garten und Ausblick sind ein Traum. Der Wohnbereich ist auch sehr geräumig und hell. Alles war sehr sauber. Eines der Schlafzimmer grenzt ohne Wand ans Wohnzimmer, das ist ganz gut vorab zu wissen. Uns war das nicht klar gewesen. Wir können die Villa und Augusto als Gastgeber wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Really enjoyed the stay. The house and surrounds are very good for kids with lots of space for them to roam in the garden , a football/volleyball court and table tennis table. The house is arranged as two separate connected houses, so also good if two families staying together When we arrived the house access was easy and everything was clean and tidy with ample towels spare linen etc and all the facilities we needed. Only small niggle was that it would be useful to have a couple of bottles of water left for guests as we immediately had to go out and get some when we arrived. Would have meant a thirsty first night if we had arrived post the shops shutting. Giorgia, the host, was very quick to answer whenever we needed something. The villa is up quite a steep hill, so meant driving when we went out. Only real problem was a resident of another house in the comune that kept shouting at our kids to lower the noise levels in the communal pool (maybe our kids are just noisy !)

La casa è completamente immersa nel verde,. L'interno spazioso e accogliente , con mobili antichi ma curati e ben tenuti. La cucina dotata di ogni elettrodomestico utile, perfettamente attrezzata. Gli spazi esterni meravigliosi da vivere in ogni momento della giornata. luogo tranquillo ma con accesso al lago in pochi minuti di auto.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in traumhafter Lage! Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Der Ausblick auf den See war einfach atemberaubend und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und perfekt ausgestattet, sodass wir uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Besonders schön fanden wir den großen Garten, der sich hervorragend für unsere Hunde geeignet hat. Sie konnten dort nach Herzenslust toben und die Natur genießen. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und wunderschönem Ausblick. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und immer sehr gut zu erreichen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist um einiges schöner als auf den Fotos! Bis ins Zentrum von Torri sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Allerdings sehr steil. Für den Kinderwagen nicht geeignet. Die Straße zur Anfahrt ist sehr eng, aber wie in Italien üblich. Gerne wieder! Echt TOP!

Stefanos Place is awesome. It has flair, is decorated very thoughtful and very clean. Also Stefano is a great host, offers restaurant or activity suggestions and takes care to make your stay special. Had a great time there!

Logement très agréable et fonctionnel, avec une très belle vue sur la vallée et le lac. Le barbecue et le lave-vaisselle sont un grand bonus. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés. Seul petit bémol : l'escalier intérieur est étroit et raide, ce qui pourrait poser problème aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Autrement, un très bon séjour dans un très bel endroit !

Alles ist so wie vom Gastgeber beschrieben. Ein Kleinod, dass wir gerne weiter empfehlen. Haus und Grundstück sind einzigartig. Ein tolles Ambiente, Lage und Aussicht fantastisch. Das Haus hat Stil und ist gepflegt. Der Garten besticht durch seinen mediterranen Charakter. Die Anfahrt führt zwischen Olivenbäume und wird vom Gastgeber hilfreich beschrieben. Mit normalem PKW machbar. Gargnano ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Ein gemütliches Städtchen mit italienischem Charme. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

L’alloggio corrisponde perfettamente alle foto, è meraviglio, curato e con tutti i servizi necessari. La vista è impagabile. E tutto lo staff è stato davvero cordiale e disponibile! Super consigliato!!

We stayed at the house with a group of seven people and a small child, and it was a great experience. The house is spacious and offers stunning views of the lake from almost every corner. A special highlight is the large balcony, where we spent a lot of time enjoying the scenery. The walk to the lake takes about 15-20 minutes and is quite steep, which can be challenging in the heat. Fortunately, there's also a shuttle bus available. The owner's family lives in the house next door and was always helpful and attentive. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come again.

We stayed in Villa Lucia with a group of friends. The place was lovely and we all enjoyed our holiday here a lot. The garden is a dream and extremely well looked after! The individual apartments with really well equipped kitchens where great for cooking and the large table perfect to share meals outdoors. Silvia was a great host and very responsive to any and all requests or questions. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay and did not want to leave. We stayed as a family, 2 adults and 3 teens. The villa is stunning and location is absolutely perfect. It’s just a few minutes walk into the town, close to restaurants and shops yet directly on the lake. The views are jaw droppingly beautiful. The house has lots of antique furniture so you need to adapt to seeing signs around the place asking you to be careful with certain pieces but that didn’t bother us at all. The kids swam in the pool and the lake, we rode the bikes (available for use) around the lake. There is a ferry drop off/collection point just a few metres from the villa and we very easily took the ferry over to Limone (highly recommend). We loved Malcesine itself. Beautiful restaurants, bars, shops. And it felt a little less busy than some of the other towns on the lake which made it perfect for our stay. Sofia was very thoughtful, even having Easter eggs ready for the kids on our arrival. We will definitely be back!

Una bellissima vacanza in una casa stupenda! La casa è stata ristrutturata recentemente, ha 5 stanze tutte con bagni nuovi, un'ampia zona giorno, una cucina attrezzatissima e un magnifico prato davanti con magnifica vista. Camillo è un host molto gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato!

Sehr modern eingerichtet, bis auf die Stühle am Esszimmertisch…sehr unbequem und alt. 2 Zimmer haben keine Tür, nur einen Vorhang (beide oben in der Galerie). Ansonsten hat das Haus alles was man benötigt (kein TV, aber braucht man im Familienurlaub auch nicht unbedingt). Ruhige Lage und trotzdem nur wenige Gehminuten zum See und zum Bäcker und Supermarkt. Toller Pool, schöner Garten. Nach Salo gibt es leider nur die Möglichkeit entlang der Hauptverkehrsstraße zu laufen…mit kleinen Kinder nicht gut. Eigentlich alles wie beschrieben! Somit absolut empfehlenswert! Matteo hat auf die wenigen Fragen,die wir hatten, sofort reagiert! Nervig waren eigentlich nur die vielen Stechmücken, sodass man sich kaum draußen aufhalten konnte. Alles in allem gerne wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Maibrit und ihren Eltern war wunderschön! Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum mit einer wahnsinnigen Aussicht. Es ist stilvoll, sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Und das bis ins Detail. Von Hildegard gab es einen köstlichen Apfelstrudel, es standen frische Blumen im Haus und ein kleiner Willkommenskorb. Wirklich alles andere als Standard oder normal - herausragend trifft es besser. Eine sehr herzliche Familie, die ein absolutes Paradies geschaffen hat. Vielen, vielen Dank! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder ❤️

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Pool und Terrasse sind richtig schön und der Aussenbereich wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Im Garten gab es Schildkröten, eine Katze und Hühner- so bekamen wir täglich frische Eier zum Frühstück. Das Haus war sauber, gepflegt und bis ins kleinste Detail gut ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Luca, unser Gastgeber, war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. 😊

Pasamos unas inolvidables vacaciones familiares, hay todo lo necesario para que no haga falta salir de casa o puedes ir a recorrer Salò también, que es un pueblo hermoso. El lugar estaba impecable y limpio a la llegada y todo funcionaba bien. La zona del jardín y piscina es espectacular y la vista al lago nos encantó. Las camas y sofás de la sala podrían ser más cómodos. Y la ropa de cama también podría mejorar con algo más cómodo/nuevo. Gracias por todo, repetiría feliz esta casa.

Spacious villa with panoramic views of the Lake. Private hot tub also with lake views is special. Shared pool a couple of minutes walk away is quiet and also has spectacular views. Short walk (5 mins ) into Torri Del Benaco, a stunningly beautiful little town with lots of restaurants, cafes and a couple of small supermakets for essentials. Very handy location to explore the lake by car (30 min drive to the large amusement parks for the kids), also has a ferry terminal direct to the west shore. The only problem is the villa is so lovely, you won't want to leave!

Unser Aufenthalt hier war toll. Tatsächlich ist es mir hier das erste Mal passiert, dass die Bilder der Aussicht im Inserat der eigentlichen Aussicht nicht gerecht wurden. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wirklich phänomenal, man blickt über das gesamte südliche Ende des Gardasees! Das Haus an sich war sehr ordentlich und hat unseren Ansprüchen voll und ganz genügt. Das einzige was man auf den Bildern nicht so gut erkennt, ist, dass das Haus der Besitzer tatsächlich relativ nah neben dem AirBnB liegt. Man befindet sich also wenn man draußen unterwegs ist zumeist in Sicht- / Hörweite der Besitzer. Da die Besitzer super freundlich und entspannt waren, gab das bei uns keinerlei Probleme, ist aber vielleicht trotzdem gut zu wissen.

It was one the nicest places I have stayed at. The Vila is extremely clean and the design and decors are outstanding! Not to mention the spectacular views. Everything been extremely pleasing and the hosts been absolutely amazing! We cannot wait to back and highly highly recommend it!

Wir haben uns gleich nach der Ankunft wie zu Hause gefühlt nur im Urlaub. Kein Stress einfach nur entspannen. Es gab einen Willkommens Wein und auch ein Wasser, so dass wir nicht sofort einkaufen gehen mussten. Valentina war auch immer gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfreich. Gute Empfehlung für ein Restaurant. Vom Balkon und der Terrasse ist der Sonnenaufgang atemberaubend. Gerne wieder.

We were a family of 9 adults, 2 infants and one baby. There was more than enough space for everyone. the room downstairs had a great selection of toys to keep the little ones entertained. Everything that we needed was there with plenty of crockery etc in the kitchen. Loved the pool with plenty loungers and outdoor seating. Great location for exploring the lake, although we did have a car for longer journeys. Novella was a great host, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, even confirming a spa booking for us when our phones wouldn’t work! Would highly recommend this property and ordering a pre prepared meal from Chef Manuel for arrival in the evening was a most welcome and delicious start to our holiday.
