Country House Robert's Zibaldino

Independent house where you can find silence and tranquility to spend your days in complete relaxation immersed in the nature of the countryside in the Verdi lands. A stone's throw from Giuseppe Verdi's birthplace and the Giovannino Guareschi Museum, from which the property's name comes. 10 minutes from Busseto PR, an area dedicated entirely to the Maestro and his music. 10 km from the highway exit and Fidenza Village Outlet. If you are an animal lover, you will find our furry friends to welcome you.

Artist's loft. Original and private

A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

La villa é dotata di aria condizionata, pompe di calore, WI-FI gratuito, TV, lettore cd e zanzariere . Come avrete potuto notare nei sevizi disponibili non c'è la lavatrice, ma non distante si trova una lavanderia self service.

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two independent apartments, is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate entrance. It is ideal for families or groups who want to stay in spacious accommodation, just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large, well-equipped garden.

Parquet and stone flooring, very well-kept furniture with contrasting elements between vintage and modern works by the owner artists.
