The house is set on the tuscan countryside, just 20 km away from Florence. It is in a great position to visit many of the highlights of Tuscany and the wine region of Chianti. We rent the ground floor of the villa, which is 90 smq and has a living room with kitchen, a main bedroom, one bathroom and a second bedroom with a single bedroom. The house has a beautiful and spacious garden with patio, barbeque and a table for your dinner "alfresco". There is also a big pool overlooking the tuscan hills

About 9 km from Prato and 20 km from Florence. The Cottage, open on three sides, is situated in a panoramic position surrounded by a private park, ideal for walking and sports. Please note: Tourist Tax has to be paid in cash once arrived in our accommodation. Hiring a car is highly recommended.
