You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment has a fantastic living area with a french door that opens into a small balcony looking onto Calle de Huertas. There is a dining room area with a round table and 4 chairs. The bedroom is a semi-studio style - separated from the living area by a permanent wall - which you can see well in the pictures. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.

The person renting the apartment declares that they reside outside of Madrid, and it may never be used as a permanent residence (only as a temporary residence). Registration with any government office is not permitted. With its cozy interior, this studio makes you feel right at home. For couples visiting Madrid for a few days this studio is a great place.
