Situated on a quiet narrow road, it is ideal for families and small groups looking for a relaxing stay. The apartment is entirely at your disposal. We live on the ground floor of the same house. Close to the Via Aurelia, noise may be heard, but it remains quiet and peaceful.

Ristoranti tipici (raggiungibili a piedi).

The beach, center, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.

Entire floor apartment, at the highest point of San Lorenzo della Costa on the Monte di Portofino. Cool without air conditioning, with two large loggias to use all day. Breathtaking views from all rooms, 14 double windows. Entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, second bathroom with laundry and three large bedrooms. Sleeps eight. Painted vaulted ceilings. Top floor with elevator, two parking spaces in the condominium garden. Very quiet location.

The living area features traditional tile flooring and high ceilings adorned with decorative frescoes. Natural light enters through multiple windows, illuminating the space. Two comfortable sofas are arranged around a central coffee table, with a television and sideboard visible in the background.
