The stay was great, I went with the family to spend a couple of days at Warner Bros and we decided on this accommodation, it looked fantastic in the ad and it was. Everything was impeccable and very cozy, not a single detail was missing, the host was very attentive and helpful at all times. We'll definitely be back, 100% recommended.

We loved the house. Quiet area with a nice garden to enjoy. Heating that heats the house well and you don't notice the cold or sleeping. Tommy is very attentive from the start.

Gustavo’s place is the best stay we’ve ever had with Airbnb. The house is stellar, with unique and architecture-forward elements, and we adored the garden and amenities. But what made the stay even better was meeting Gustavo! He is a great communicator, even helped us with a lunch reservation, and let us enjoy the space. This is a rare find and we can’t wait to return!

The experience has been spectacular. From before booking the place, all communication with Ruth was smooth, clear and friendly. The house, just as the photos are shown. We arrived and the fireplaces were on and the house was at a perfect temperature to start enjoying it. Everything was clean, tidy and full of details that made the stay comfortable and super nice. Very nice apartment with a good location, close to Gran Vía, Plaza España, etc. With nearby metro mouths. Patricio is very attentive to us. The apartment is very clean and I let us in before the hour because Patricio is in a hurry to have it ready for our entrance.

Typical Madrid apartment in a quiet and very conveniently located neighborhood. Absolutely loved the park with extensive playground right around the corner. Shops, restaurants and sights within walking distance. Several bus stops connecting to the rest of the city close by. As most rented out apartments, it's a ground floor apartment. Very cool in summer but a bit chilly in spring. Not a problem since blankets and heating are provided.

This apartment is very well located, the area is centrally located, quiet, the bus goes through the street where the apartment is and has a Mercadona one block away. Pablo is very friendly, friendly and was always aware of if we had any questions. The apartment as such was very clean and we had everything we needed to have a good vacation. 100% recommended.

A great quirky bijou base for a stay in Madrid. However, the internal stairs in the apartment is very steep and and requires care. It would not be suitable for those with any difficult walking..

The apartment was spotless and everything was very tidy and clean. The kitchen is very complete and with lots of light, in general the whole apartment is bright. The garage square is spacious and next to the elevator, which is appreciated if it goes very busy. The situation is very good, in less than 10 minutes you reach the Puerta de la Bisagra and is next to a Mercadona. The hostess is very kind and the invitations are very clear. If we go back to Toledo I have no doubt, I would go back to the same apartment. Regarding Wifi very well, many outlets and large TV.
