We had an amazing weekend in old San Juan. This house has an amazing location! Everything was easy to get to. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed!

Jenny was a great host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She shared great local recommendations, from restaurants to taxi services, and was quick to answer any questions we had. We were a group of 9, and the space was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy, and just as described. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made group meals easy. Would definitely recommend!

Our experience at Carmen’s property was like no other. The home exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setup for our family. Plenty of space to spread out so we never felt crowded, and the layout made it easy to walk outside each morning and take in the gorgeous views. We will miss sitting in the unique pool and gathering on the porches listening to the jungle sounds at night. Carmen is the very definition of a Superhost - thoughtful, responsive, and truly dedicated to making her guests' stay exceptional. She personally met with us when we arrived to show us all the amenities of the house and had local snacks ready to start us off. Her restaurant recommendations were also appreciated. We all agreed that we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and spacious retreat.

I didn’t expect the place to be literally across the street from the cathedral where my daughter got married. This worked out perfectly for us! Everything was within walking distance. Julio’s place was very spacious and easily accommodated 18 people. Julio was a joy, he responded within minutes to replenish any toiletries and help answer any questions. I highly recommend!

We had an amazing time on this trip! The property was even better IRL and Jack was super helpful and responsive to any & all of our inquiries. This was my 1st time staying in Luquillo and look forward to many more trips; we'll definitely be staying here again! Each room was beautifully appointed and there were special touches wherever you looked. It was a great birthday trip!

Fantastic value and perfect for the stay we needed! Location is great, very quiet and clean neighborhood and just a short walk near plenty of restaurants, necessities and of course the beach. Communication was perfect, and hosts were flexible and hospitable! The property is spacious with all the listed amenities just and pictures and described. Rooms were perfect, common areas and outdoor spaces were unique, comfortable, and easy to use.

This Airbnb was everything we needed for our vacation! The location is conveniently placed near anything you need, we walked to most places with no problems. Close to the beach but their pool is also warm! Bigger than I thought it would be. Clean and comfortable rooms. Spacious. As a bonus Sara was friendly and responsive. Will definitely be back!

If you happen to come across this link for your AirBNB search, BOOK IT! We traveled with a party of 9, and at no point did it feel like space was an issue. The location is SAFE (gated entry), clean, and has everything you need within walking or a short drive. Parking was a non-issue for multiple cars, and you have a brand new pickleball, basketball court, and a pool outside of your front door. The garage was equipped with all your beach needs with multiple chairs and coolers for your beach visit. The host Federico was equally amazing, as response time was a non-issue. We were having trouble with beach access cards upon arrival and he took care of that asap. There was so much to do from local beaches, to Calle A and all their restaurants, to enjoying what the grounds have to offer with their casino and gaming center. Overall it was a great stay at a beautiful place.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view. The whole house was very clean. We had everything we needed for cooking which was important to us. Google maps messed up the location and Migdalis was very kind to walk us through the directions step by step. The location is within minutes to El Yunque, the Luquillo beaches and close to Fajardo. The grocery store, Ralph’s, is not too far and was an extremely clean store with helpful staff. The bedrooms have air conditioning which kept our sleeping very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet (no people or street noises) except for a rooster across the street. We’re early risers so it didn’t bother us, just amused us. The night time natural noises were so calming and relaxing that I had to record them to use at home. We stayed 4 nights and were very happy there.

Staying with Iris was a pleasure. Communication was great. The house was very spacious, with everything you need, clean, cozy and with a pool. Highly recommended.

The house is extremely beautiful itself and the views are amazing. Many enjoyable amenities as pool, pool table, outdoor sitting areas, tv´s around the house. Bathrooms and rooms are very comfortable. Loved the house and would stay again.

We had a great stay! It’s a close drive to the airport and near the city of San Juan. The upstairs patio is really nice, the fan is a great feature to have. The AC runs exceptionally, keeping the rooms really cool. The hosts were super accommodating and responsive. One night of our week stay, we were struggling to get in. Luckily, even though it was late, they were able to help us get in. We had the sweetest little old lady as our neighbor, she was very friendly and recommended some good food and beaches. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The house was easy to find, even at night. We love that the home is eco-friendly and that we were staying with hosts who are local natives to Puerto Rico. Overall, it was a wonderful home away from home!

In all my years of getting air bnbs i have NEVER had someone like Maria. The moment you walk into the house you are greeted by a beautiful P.R flag which was great for pictures, not only that but you have the smell cleanliness and flowers hit you perfectly. she shared some incredible spots to go check out as well as easy directions to the house. She was always making sure everything was fine. the rooms stayed cool throughout the night and even when you leave and turn them off they remained cool inside the rooms. and when my flight got delayed and i checked out a little later she was super accommodating to me and let me stay as long as i needed till my uber came. the spot is super convenient and close to everything. not one bug was seen through the house. she did an amazing job 100/10 !!!

Great for babies and kids! Really enjoyed all the amenities provided so we didn’t have to buy every little supply (beach stuff, bug spray, baby pack and play, high chair, etc)

Great place for our family with a pool next door and the beach easy walking distance

We had a wonderful stay! The host was great—very welcoming and responsive. The property is in a quiet and peaceful area with a beautiful view that made every morning feel like a retreat. We especially loved the pool—it was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. There’s also a rivers nearby, which added a special touch to the whole experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway!

Had an amazing time spending my 30th birthday in josmaries beautiful home. Ran into no issues what so ever. There was a small black out that she made us aware of immediately and what we needed to do on our end. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

my friends and I had an amazing time staying at this house. The pictures on air bnb don’t even compare to what this place looks like in person. Just take my word for it this place is a VIBE!! 5 stars across every board. if you think you booking this place do it. I know me personally when i come back to Puerto Rico this is where I’ll be staying.
