Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Juan

My family stayed here during the holy week. it was a great stay at Marc’s place. Actually it’s way better in actual than in the photos here. Very easy to locate, seriously squeaky clean space. I would like to add the water pressure didn’t disappoint which is usually the concern when staying anywhere in baguio. Sir Marc and his family made sure all we need to make us comfortable in our stay is provided upon check-in and during our whole stay. Definitely will book again and recommend the place!

Kareena's place was a blessing. I stayed for the month of January and I had an excellent start to the year. I was hear to work on my business and a music project. Kareena accomodated me with an office chair and I was able to rent a bike through them. She was very helpful and repsonsive to anything I asked for - whether it was recommendations for cafes or places to shop or visit, everything was well presented. They were also very kind and provided me with a bag to climb Pulak on my last weekend. I really enjoyed my stay, the coffee shops were great and allowed me to be productive. Baguio itself is lovely city with plenty of choices for food and shopping. The locals are very kind and freindly, I always felt safe. I didn't enjoy the air quality of the city when out walking the busy streets but this was my only complaint. The local massage places were all top notch also. I'd come come back again. Especially to explore more the country and do more trekking outside of Baguio. Kindest, Rob

My partner and I have been going back and forth in Baguio city several times and this homestay is the only place I can say that is totally recommendable... easy to locate, very friendly and accommodating specially lahat ng SG's. Kudos to Ma'am Janet..it was an tremendous and great stay at your place. We enjoyed our entire week of vacatiob, and even able to work quietly and peaceful at night. It is such a wonderful place to stay...until our next visit po.

Really enjoyed my stay here and I have very high standards. This could have been a 4-4.5 star hotel and was utterly impeccable. Dental and vanity kits were provided, water was provided. Towels had branded embroidery with the apartment name. Absolutely zero complaints. If I’m ever in Baguio again, this will definitely be my preferred place to stay. Thank you for everything!

The place was so big (especially for us na 15 pax lang), clean and comfortable. My family loved it! They even want to extend our stay, but since we have works the next day, we just planned on going back again. It really felt like home and I personally love the kitchen because it have everything we need. My nephews and nieces also loved the place because of the huge space. Malaya silang nakakalaro. Overall, we had a really nice stay at Boknay’s house. Ate Emma and Sir Aurelio are so nice and responsive. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!!! Sobrang worth it ng binayad namin!

Thea is very accommodating, we booked at the last minute and had a few delay going to the place. But she has been patient and understanding. The room we rented was on the top floor, which is the 3rd floor. The access are through spiral staircases which might be troublesome for seniors and pets, but since we are all middle aged and able, we don’t mind this. I am early in my pregnancy and I didn’t mind the stairs too. We even brought a cooler with us and were able to carry it up the stairs. The water pressure is okay, they have water pump that’ll help address it. The place is best at night, we love spending time in the balcony. It is located in a residential area and going around Baguio would mean you have to drive around. No tourist spot is walking distance, but it’s not a far drive. Overall, it’s a good experience and would love to stay there again.

Well, unfortunately it was raining when we arrive so its not their fault that we encountered some issues. I've read the details they posted of the location and its already enough to find the exact house using Google Maps. The area has a stiff climb from where we came and has tight parking spot so its quite challenging so I cannot recommended this for guest with cars or with unexperienced drivers. Not sure if that parking was really meant for us but I'm glad we were able to use it so its quite convenient even when we arrive late at night from going around the city. We are not a "maarte" or picky family, as long as its safe and clean we are good to go. And this accommodation was already good enough for us, plus it has great view from the balcony where we used to eat and relax. Everything we need for a house are also provided so our stay really went well. The wifi is quite fast as well. Overall, this accommodation was great for us, a family with kids, and would love to come again.

If you are particular about details and cleanliness, this is the place to be. The place is well-kept. It has all the amenities and enough rooms for a big family.

The place was very nice! Outside looks very lovely and once inside you’ll feel right at home. The house has everything you need. Ground floor has a full functioning laundry with washer and dryer. Separate toilet and bath rooms, and a small room which can be a luggage room and a small room (complete with a murphy bed). We only found out there was a bed on checkout! 😅 the 2nd floor has a full functioning kitchen and dining area. We didn’t use the tub in the room but it looked nice enough. My mom was just feeling unsafe with slippery tiles on the shower, so be mindul of it. There’s a steep staircase that leads to the top floor. Not recommended for senior citizens🥲. The balcony there was my favorite!nice view and v relaxing. There’s a reading nook and gaming area,small bathroom (but not for showering), and bunk beds on the bedroom. All in all it was a lovely stay! The host was very accommodating. Highly recommended! My kids want to go back! Thanks Joma,Brad,May Ann & Lyn!!!

Overall, the experience was decent and pleasant. Shirley is a great host—very responsive and made sure our late check-in went smoothly. Big thanks to the caretaker who waited for us. The place is cozy and clean, with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was a highlight—we enjoyed cooking a homemade meal after days of travel. Great location, close to grocery stores and a laundromat. The only downside was the bed frame, which was a bit unstable and made some noise.

The property is great. The units are still under construction so amenities are not quite there yet. Also the property is located on a steep hill so driving there is a little questionable if you have a large vehicle. Uber and taxi is unreliable on a weekend given location area.

It was so nice and homey. I almost forgot I was in a condo.

We had an excellent stay for 2 nights. The unit has everything we needed and is perfect for our group size of 10 pax including a few kids and senior citizens. In my mind I assumed the unit would have AC but I take it as my own bad I should have clarified beforehand and overall didnt impact a comfortable stay. Thank you and more power!

The place is great! The location is really nice and have easy access to the main road. You can easily walk to any restaurants or supermarkets. The place is clean and spotless and the rooms is spacious. We would definitely recommend and come back again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Pines Garden Villas! The place is stunning , we completely fell in love with it. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. It felt like a perfect little escape. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This is our second time to book with Sir Justin, the first one at the forest cabin in Camp John Hay way back 2016. So I decided to look for his listings again and we were lucky enough to find one. We had a comfortable stay, most especially two of my family members were under the weather that they needed to stay home and rest for a while. The place was squeaky clean with fresh linens and overall safe and secure. We appreciate how Sir Justin was responsive to our needs and even came to fix our Netflix on TV. We would love to come back on our next visit to Baguio. Thank you very much Sir Justin and the staff ( Ms. Sheila) 😊👍
