Holiday rentals with a pool in San Juan

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. Hopefully management will remain and keep it just as good for years to come. From my family and friends, we would like to express our gratitude. THANK YOU!

It's impossible to be more grateful and satisfied. If you are looking for a getaway, this is the best option for families, friends or groups. Privacy and tranquility are the best. The setting is beautiful, we felt right at home. We were able to cook since it is fully equipped and we were even provided with welcome basket and drinking water for the hot/cold dispenser. We felt safe and comfortable. Ate Grace, the villa keeper, is always attentive and willing to help with everything you need. The heated pool was a fav! You won't regret booking this paradise at all. Thank you for always welcoming us to the house and making our vacation the best experience. Can’t wait to book another trip!

Hi! We did enjoy our stay. The place is too big for us 4 but definitely worth the say! We booked this last minute and good thing we found this place. Very near the beach just walkable. Overall the place is well maintained, complete of things we need. I enjoy staying because of very quiet sorrounding and verg clean place. Perfect place for family actually! Surely we'll be back here again.

Ms. Charo's place is highly recommended for big groups that intend to have a relaxing and fuss-free stay in LU away from the bustling center. The rooms were clean, everything was organized, utensils were complete, and the host/caretakers offered a seamless communication experience. They were very hands-on, ensuring guests had the best stay possible, even going above and beyond during power outages. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely visit again.

We made a last-minute booking, but the John responded promptly with clear directions. Upon arrival, his wife assisted us to the parking area and gave us a tour of the vicinity and amenities. The property has a pool and a view deck, which were great additions to our stay. The internet connection was impressively fast, a significant advantage for us as we needed to work during our visit. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was adequately sized—not too small, not too big. The location is situated on an uphill area, so guests with sedan cars should exercise caution when driving. However, the property is conveniently surrounded by popular restaurants such as Karruba, Tagpuan, Miryinda, and Sulong, making dining out a breeze. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Had an amazing stay at Daniel’s place! The casita was cozy and well-equipped. Daniel was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Really nice place—clean, comfy, and in a great spot. Just a quick drive to Puregold and Market (3mins) and to the beach (5mins away) Rish (Host) and Ate Mich (caretaker) were easy to talk to and super helpful when we had to make a change. Would definitely stay again. ♡

It was nice staying here! host is very responsive🩵 place was kinda up the hill lang but not a problem to me...a lil cardio for my friends tho 😆💪close to the beach and restaurants! 🩵

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Maria Teresa's place. The compound where the place was had a right of way to the beach. The kitchen was well-equiped, so we found it easy to use it. Jenny, her assistant who showed us in, was very helpful.
