Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Juan de Aznalfarache

Beautiful apartment in quiet court with excellent walking proximity to the highlights of Barrio Santa Cruz. The apartment is even more charming in person than in the photos. It is located on 3rd (top) floor of a beautifully renovated building, with a light well and surprise access to a roof terrace. There is an elevator for access with luggage. Our host was excellent, answering all our questions quickly and providing amenities such as coffee and cold beverages upon arrival. Her friendly responses made us feel like friends. I would be delighted to stay here again!

I have traveled around Southern Spain in the past week and stayed in several Airbnb properties, by far this is the best. It is centrally located in Seville, and literally I could walk to Seville Cathedral in 30 seconds. I enjoyed peaceful morning before tourists arrived, and late night after everyone left. There are tons of restaurants shops near the property. The apartment is renovated and well maintained. Lots of rooms for a family. No doubt, I feel lucky staying there. The host communicated with me extremely well. Thank you!

Very beautiful apartment. Super comfortable, large bed. The ceiling fan kept us cool at night but there is also air - con. We swam in the pool (which is on the ground floor level ) and enjoyed the views from the roof terrace which we had to ourselves most of the time. In Plaza San Marcos, which is very close by just at the end of the road, there is a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants/bars. It is a 15 - 20 min walk to the Cathedral through the beautiful streets of Seville.

Communication was smooth and the facilities were well-equipped. It’s a 10-minute walk from the train station, and it’s easy to find supermarkets and bars nearby. While it’s a bit far from the city center, it’s a great choice if you need to catch an early train.

We had a great time in Sevilla, also thanks to the host's proactivity. We arrived the day of the historic power outage that led to the nationwide blackout in April 2025 and Marisela, Carmen and Fabio put everything in place to ensure a smooth check-in (the doors being fully automated). The apartment had a top equipment and is well located with the entire city center being easily accessible by foot. The immediate surroundings are very cute with many bars, tapas restaurants and pittoresque streets. Great value for money!

This place was the perfect location and right in the heart of Seville. I recommend it for anyone who has a big group and would like to be close walking distance to many major attractions. There is AC in four of the bedrooms, the bottom floor bedroom is off of the garage with no AC and can be a bit noisy at night but the other rooms are away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of stairs between each level so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues or very young children. The rooftop area was lovely for spending time together in the evenings. Overall, great place with lovely decor and really added to our wonderful experience in Sevilla!

Daniel’s place was perfect! We were right in the center of old Seville. The location was exemplary. The local cuisine was marvelous. Daniel’s apartment is gorgeous. All the rooms were perfectly clean, and the colors of each room really gave us a sense of being distinct but traditional. All the amenities were as described and were in excellent condition. Daniel even made sure we had cold water in the fridge on arrival, a complimentary wine bottle that we enjoyed. Lastly, the view from the 2 leveled roof was straight out of a movie I wish I could give this listing 10 stars! I would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

Amazing find - plenty of space for our family and the kids loved the pool. Villa is just outside a cozy village near Sevilla which made it private but still easy enough to go into the city. Would love to stay here again on a return trip.

The property was amazing, especially for kids. Fantastic amenities, incredible bedrooms. Only thing is if you want privacy from any kids while in the bathroom you have to go to the one by the pool ; ). Would absolutely stay here again in Sevilla!

Rafael is a superb host who has thoughtfully considered every detail. We took public transit with ease every day to see the main attractions, as his suite is a short 5 minute walk to the regular bus route. We highly recommend staying in this spacious, comfortable suite. Thanks again Rafael for all the helpful information about Seville, and for ensuring we felt very welcomed!

Loved the location. The house was charming and we felt very secure (double gates and double locks) even though the neighborhood seemed safe. They had air conditioning in each room which was nice on those hot days in Sevilla. Loved the kitchen layout and the overall charm of the house. Our group of 10 felt at home and had lots of areas to congregate. Definitely would recommend.

Best location ever! Garage parking is a big plus when you are traveling by car, because there is no place to park your car in Seville. Great restaurants right outside your door, and Starbucks is just 1 min walking distance from the apartment. A lot of nice local coffee shops to get the great pastry! Absolutely loved the interior design and apartment furniture, super comfortable beds, and enough storage in the closets. Highly recommend!

It was great, we all had a great time!

They were very kind and quick to respond every time, and I was impressed that Alicia-sensei greeted me in person to receive the key.　The neighborhood was safe, everything was within walking distance, and the flamenco school was conveniently close.　There are many delicious cafes and restaurants in the square, and I went out every day for a walk.　I would definitely like to use it when I go to Sevilla!　Thank you very much.

We stayed at the apartment for three nights and we loved it. The place was very clean, and the AC units worked perfectly. They let us do the checking a little bit earlier, and the instructions to get were very clear. Absolutely recommend this place if you’re going to visit this beautiful city! I know that if I go back to Seville, I will stay here again

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Although we didn’t get to meet Antonio during our stay, he arranged for someone to meet us and welcome us to his apartment. Communication was great!

The host family was very welcoming, kind helpful. The apartment was perfect for our short time in Seville- the location was super close to grocery stores, restaurants and a short walk to the Plaza de Espana. We would definitely recommend staying here when you're visiting Seville.

Having experienced many types of accommodation, this was the best. Extremely clean. Thick, good sized towels. Excellent washing machine and even a dryer, if needed. Excellent air conditioning. Very well equipped, how often do you find yourself needing to go and buy washing up liquid, laundry tablets, toilet rolls etc on the first day of your holiday? Not here! Bus from airport is 45 minutes to a stop only 7 minute walk to the apartment Location is great to walk into the centre, along the river, to Triana and Macarena areas. Lots of good places to eat. Excellent comms with the host. Would recommend and want to stay there again.
