Wonderful place! The host was very kind and friendly. The location is in old San Juan surrounded by tourist attractions but not noisy at all, and you can see the sea by minute walks. The water wasn’t very hot tho, but it’s within an acceptable range. Facilities are as listed. Really good place to stay at if you’re traveling with a limited budget.

We had such a wonderful time staying here while in OSJ. The building is very secure and walkable to so many great places. We experienced an island power outage for 24 hrs but Annett was proactive with the situation. Weather space was very comfy and it had AC in both the main living space and bedroom which was nice. We ate at Prilo rustic pizza and loved it. Spiga around the corner was a convenient coffee spot with delicious breads. Anita’s for gelato if u get there early enough too! Thank you for providing a home away from home

This place was a sweet treat to our trip! The location is amazing!! My partner and I were able to walk to restaurants and historical sites. Besides that, for those who also want to enjoy the nightlife, the apartment was super close to the bars area. The apartment was clean, organized and had everything we needed to make our staying super comfortable. The balcony was a great addition to our stay and added sweet moments in the morning and afternoon. I need to emphasize the shower head here, absolutely amazing and we had hot water for the entire time we were there. Very happy we pick this place for our trip! Great location. Easy to find. Beautiful view from the villa and it’s a corner suite which was nice. Pool and hot tub were lovely. Scootering to OSJ was so easy and convenient. The little local restaurant nearest the villas is so yummy-“tropical souvenirs”. Easy to communicate with hosts. 15min from airport. Everything was great! Would totally stay again.

Wonderful stay! Humber and team were incredibly proactive. There was an island wide power outage during our stay and that didn't negatively affect the trip whatsoever. I only mention it because Humber was proactive and thoughtful enough to bring a portable generator so we had a fan, light and could charge our phones--that was above and beyond and allowed the trip to go seamlessly. Other than that, they also shared several recommendations (many of which we checked out), responded quickly, and had everything we needed for several days. Everything they did made the stay amazing and welcoming, thus would highly recommend them!

We loved our stay at Rosemary’s Airbnb. Highly recommend. Great location and amazing views from balcony. Washer and dryer inside the unit makes you feel at home.

I booked Rosa's home with my husband and another couple. The house is truly lovely and looks just like the pictures, including the phenomenal views and great location. There were so many wonderful details that made it feel like you were stepping back in time! The kitchen and baths were well provisioned, as well the house in general. Additionally, although we experienced a blackout while we were there, Rosa and Michael made it painless, graciously dropping off lanterns, phone chargers and lots of batteries. Highly recommend this lovely, historic home.

This beautiful home away from home feels like paradise. From the moment of check-in the place was spotless. The bed was extremely clean and very comfy. this place is nestled in the heart of San Juan making it incredibly easy to walk to a beach! The choices for food nearby are endless by walking or taking a short taxi. if you are looking for an in expensive quiet place to unwind and take in the beauty of San Juan this is the place for you. I will definitely be returning.

Everyone so accommodating and helpful jhonathann gave us tons of ideas for things to do . If I had a question they got back to me instantly. Truly a beautiful place really looking forward to booking again next year if available
