With a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed, an open area with a fully equipped kitchen/dining room/ living room and a terrace with an extensible shade perfect to enjoy the amazing weather all year round. The house has no AC, but has ceiling and floor fans.

There is a garden with seasonal pool and terrace with barbecue and ocean view. This property is surrounded by nature in an ideal place for activities such as snorkeling, hiking, mountain biking, etc. Supplement 3 person is €20/day in extra bed. Towels and linens incl. and Pets: €5/day.

Villa Maria Eusebia is an ecological country house, with good views of the mountain and from the terrace you can see the Cabo de Gata in the background, offering peace and tranquility and comfort. The farmhouse was renovated in 2016, with bio-climatic architecture. The exterior is insulated from the cold and heat, along with the roof. The house maintains a very good temperature in summer and winter. There is also a fireplace and ceiling fans.
