Each apartment has its own entrance door and private terrace. The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.

Casa Calilla is a latest construction house in San Jose, designed and furnished with modern materials. It is located on the beachfront, less than 5 meters from the beach sand and about 15-20 min from the beaches of Genoese, Monsúl, Barronal,etc. It has a spectacular view of the beach and village of San Jose. It has 3 complete bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms, distributed over three floors. The maximum capacity is 6 people. Small pets accepted.

Villa Maria Eusebia is an ecological country house, with good views of the mountain and from the terrace you can see the Cabo de Gata in the background, offering peace and tranquility and comfort. The farmhouse was renovated in 2016, with bio-climatic architecture. The exterior is insulated from the cold and heat, along with the roof. The house maintains a very good temperature in summer and winter. There is also a fireplace and ceiling fans.
