Holiday rentals with a fire pit in San José Province

Soy una tica que vive en Houston Texas. Vivo extrañando la naturaleza en todas sus formas. Pero a llegar a esta casa sentí ese calor de hogar que me hacía falta . Es súper tranquila, está dentro de una propiedad grande y familiar, eso me hizo sentir muy segura ! Es sereno y relajado estar allí, el sonido de las aves y el patio lleno de gallinas me hizo sentir en mi antigua casa . Sirlene es una súper anfitriona siempre atiende cualquier consulta o necesidad a la mayor brevedad . Sus padres súper amables y nos regalaban muchas frutas . Les recomiendo esta casa tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía larga . Mi familia y yo estuvimos un mes . Fue una experiencia muy buena . Con mucho gusto volveré en un futuro.

This home over exceeded our expectations. What an amazing stay, along with the pool and property maintenance. It was a surprise trip for my girlfriend and 9 month old son which I had plans to purpose a few days after, which went absolutely perfect. 5 stars across the board! Highly HIGHLY recommend! Es un lugar acogedor, donde las cuatro familias que fuimos tuvimos oportunidad de estar juntas pero resguardando la privacidad de cada una ya que los cuartos permitieron mantener esa distancia, al tiempo que la cocina y la sala de estar acogían el compartir La atención de los anfitriones IMPECABLE, la pasamos genial.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home tucked into the jungle. The setting is very serene, with the sound of the river always in the background and the plethora of wildlife all around. The bed was very comfy, so a good nights rest was practically guaranteed. There are a few things I would note for anyone considering the home, especially if this is your first visit to the area. It is a 10+ minute rocky drive to the home off the main road, not a big deal with a sturdy car. Especially during rainy season, there’s a good chance you’ll lose power at some point, but seems to be restored quickly. Most places, including this home, discouraged you from flushing toilet paper, an adjustment from home. Being that this place is so small, there’s not a ton of privacy between the bathroom and bedroom, and the living area is not meant for lounging. That’s what the outdoor spaces are for! This was an experience unlike any other we’ve had in our previous visits to CR, I highly recommend it!

Truly an incredible, quiet, peaceful Costa Rican experience. Great for families, especially those with younger children- space to run and play, stocked with toys, and -a true treasure in CR- has a more powerful washer and dryer for “resetting” if you’re on a longer trip and need fresh clean clothes. The road in takes courage and potentially a 4x4 if you’re not used to driving the terrain like a Tico. Hosts are among the top 1% of all AirBnB hosts globally- intuitive, clean, accommodating, extremely well organized. Cooler weather and fewer mosquitoes than in other areas of the country. Best stay we have had in many trips to the area- thank you!

Our stay was great! This modern house is in a great peaceful location. We saw many birds right on the property, and the views from the front porch are amazing! The space heaters made our stay comfortable on the cool nights. I made it up the lane in a Nissan Sentra, although when it rains the last few meters are a bit slippery. If you have experience on rough roads you will be on with an automobile, although a 4x4 is ideal. Koen was always responsive and super friendly and helpful! I can definitely recommend this place and hope to go back someday!

The owners spared no expense in the luxurious vibe created in this unit. The space and views allowed from the lighting of the sun this sets this condo unit apart from all the rest. I surely will be booking here again I felt like we was in a nice suite along with amazing amenities at the Nucleo towers.

Localización remota con hermosas vistas, perfecta para escapar de la ciudad. Rodeado de naturaleza y de clima frío. Los host están a disposición para cualquier necesidad. Se llega bien en carro y es mejor para movilizarse a supermercados cercanos.

Excellent apartment and location is perfect. Walking distance you have restaurants and bars.

Amazing place to stay

Great apartment to stay in the center of Escalante. The building is very new so the apartment is in great condition and has a great style. Very short walk to many restaurants and cafe’s but fairly quiet location. Great views!

La estadía fue muy acogedora, la ubicación es muy buena y cercana a muchos lugares de interés!

This place was clean and comfortable. If you’re looking to go to the closest national park it’s about 30 minutes. Airbnb is about 20 min from airport. The host was super responsive. Some food spots across the street. Very tight security I love that. Uber is very accessible.

Nos pegaron una Salvada. Muy amables, hasta nos fueron a buscar despues de que nos perdimos.

My wife and i spent one night of our honeymoon at Ronan's b&b and we had a great evening. The jacuzzi tub and movie screen was very relaxing after a long day. The birds and hummingbirds were beautiful to watch and listen too. I highly recommend this host as everything was clean and set up nice. Local restaurants also deliver which was a bonus. WIll definitely return in the future.

chalet tout en bois cuisine bien équipée, habitation originale literie confortable, eau chaude pour la douche cheminée pour faire un feu mais prévoir des vêtements chauds c'est en altitude endroit agréable en pleine nature à 10 min à pied du parc volcan Turralbia 4x4 obligatoire pour l'accès un peu cher propriétaire très réactif à distance, personnel sur place disponible

Nos hospedamos en esta cabaña el fin de semana y fue una experiencia maravillosa. La cabaña está súper equipada, no le falta absolutamente nada, y todo está dispuesto con mucho gusto y cuidado. Es hermosa, acogedora y muy cómoda. Lo que más disfrutamos fue el espacio verde enorme que rodea la cabaña: ideal para descansar, tomar aire fresco y especialmente perfecto para que los niños jueguen con libertad. Mi bebé fue muy feliz, y eso no tiene precio. Sin duda, un lugar al que queremos volver. ¡Recomendadísimo para familias que buscan tranquilidad y conexión con la naturaleza sin sacrificar comodidad!

La cabaña nos sorprendio para bien, supero por mucho nuestras expectativas y me volveria a quedar acá sin lugar a dudas. El clima es hermoso, la chimenea es perfecta para esas noches frías y todo en realidad fue muy bueno.

Nos encantó el lugar, tal como en las imágenes y el lugar tiene una mística única. Fuimos un grupo de 8 y todo estuvo increíble. Hubo composición musical muy fluida, la acústica buena y se avanzó mejor de lo que se pensaba, se sentía muy agradable todo en general
