It is a very bright and ventilated house, with great views of both the gardens and the surrounding mountains. The decor is rustic, with cozy spaces, fireplaces, a swimming pool, and indoor parking for more than 4 vehicles. The house is 180 square meters, with two floors. It can be accessed by car or metrobus. The house is alone in the space. The house, patios, and swimming pool are not shared; they are for your exclusive use.

My place is in the main street of La Parva, really close to the main runs, MANZANITO. and also near to the main restaurantes. It's a nice place with central heat, 5 really comfortable beds, DIRECT TV, fire place, balcony to make barbecues. Just a few steps and you are skiing. My place is good for families, lonely skiers or couples. Sheets and towels are included.

River Loft

The house is located above the Maipo River and surrounded by mountains. It is made of wood and stone and is decorated with its own designer furniture. As you can see in the photos, we have a small cold water pit where a splash of water is constantly falling and next to a bed covered with veil curtains to rest. A quartz bed is also available for the power load.
