An authentic Cuban finca all for yourself, with a spacious clean and neat house and a huge garden with fruit trees. My partner and I felt at home here, and always so well taken care of by the utterly and genuinely friendly hosts. We missed these people and the place as soon as we left. We enjoyed daily short strolls to the nearby village Barreras (for buying produce etc), and the around 45 min walk to the most gorgeous beach nearby. One can also take taxi to the beach, and to the bigger and busier beach-town Guanabo. It may be smart to bring your own mosquito net/tent, but only for the twilight and early mornings, even though we rarely got bitten. The kitchen is spaceous and has all the basics. I can warmly recommend it, with its local Cuban charm and the most helpful and exellent hosts. This place is a gem!

I booked this apartment for my brother as he was already in Cuba where you can't book on Airbnb. This is his review: I stayed for eight nights in the apartment of Yamilet and Ilya. I had a wonderful time over there. Yamilet and Ilia are great hosts. They were very friendly and thoughtful, making sure everything was going well with me. At the same time they also respected my privacy. The apartment itself is perfect. It is located on the first floor above the living area of the hosts, but it has a seperate entrance. It has a kitchen that I used a couple of times to cook, there's a small sofa and a table. The bedroom is spacious and has two big wardrobes. The bathroom has a big shower. The whole apartment was really clean. It was very comfortable, which made it a pleasure to spend time in. Yamilet and Ilia also provide a tasty breakfast (for € 5) and dinner (for € 15). Thank you Yamilet and Ilia! My stay with you couldn't have been better!

absolutely beautiful apartment right in the heart of la Habana vieja! in a historic building, the apartment itself feels modern and chic. great beds and a kitchen perfect for breakfasts and coffee, and amazing restaurants all right downstairs or within a few blocks! Alex and Danae were amazing hosts, proactively communicating and helping with everything from arranging a great full-day tour of the city to Changing money into local pesos. extremely trustworthy, communicative, and friendly. would definitely recommend!

Absolutely the BEST place I’ve stayed at using Airbnb for almost 10 years! Patricia is one of the most proactive sweet caring hosts and makes you feel like you’re part of the family.
