The apartment is very comfortable with air conditioning in all bedrooms. The best are the common areas with several swimming pools, very spacious, however high occupancy they were never full and are available in hours from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. The Apartamento has several kitchen utensils such as coffee maker, blender, microwave oven, airfryer, wide fridge with ice. The bad thing that the slab was a little run down and scarce, the other thing is that the BBQ available on the balcony, very nice very large, but the gas cylinder had no charge, so we could not use it.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, in addition to the condominium that is quiet and very tidy. It is very close to everything and easily accessible. It has the services described and Lina is very helpful and kind.

The place was very clean and very well equipped with kitchen utensils. Very comfortable place. Check in was easy and you can arrive whenever. The flat is exactly like pictures. Good ventilation and light, comfortable beds. Two balconies in living room and main room. Neither Laundry machine nor hot water is available (it is not necessary) Ire was very kindness and fluent communication. Location is very easy to arrive if you come from Medellin; just 25 minutes after passing the toll and 30 minutes to Santa Fe de Antioquia. The neighborhood is not good, it’s messy and chaotic. If you are looking for a countryside place perhaps is not the best choice. But if you are looking for a place where stay for short period without go outside it is a perfect place. Beautifull swimming pool, and private security 24 hours. 2 parking lots if you have car.

Excellent apartment, the location is perfect, close to everything. The host was more than excellent, always attentive to the arrival and the stay, Apartasol is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your days off, spacious, everything in excellent condition, cleanliness, everything functional, the condominium has common areas ideal for adults, children and pets. The comment falls short for such an excellent stay, I would not hesitate for a moment to return to this very comfortable place.

The place is beautiful. Just like the photos, it is very clean and has towels, bed linen and all necessary implementations. The only thing to consider is that the waze does not give the exact location and we were a little difficult to get to. But the estate as such is perfect

Everything was very good, 🤗 the place was the same as the photos, everything was very clean, it had an organized kitchen with everything you need to spend an excellent stay. We enjoyed an excellent stay, the kindness of the administrators and the people of latin prime who were always attentive to all doubts. I recommend this place.

Fanery’s place is amazing. It was large enough for me and my family. The large pool and patio area was a big focal point. There was lots of beds and everyone slept comfortably. With the amount of open space on property, playing games outside is possible or just to lay out on the grass or under the big mango tree! This place suited us to celebrate Christmas outside of the barrio. Highly recommended!

Excellent place at an excellent price!! The apartment is super complete, in very good condition, very clean, quiet, well equipped. Everything 20/10. Most apartments don't have a washing machine, but this one does and that's a huge plus at the rental price. The only thing missing to be a 200/10 is air conditioning, it is too hot in Santa Fe de Antioquia and although the apartment has 3 fans that work super well there are days when the heat is too strong
