Located on the ground floor of San Isidro, a stone's throw from the river and surrounded by trees, our house is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The neighbourhood has tree-lined streets and green spaces. The two-storey house has 3 bedrooms (one en suite), 3 bathrooms, a living room and a dining room. It offers comfort, plenty of natural light and air conditioning in all rooms, as well as central heating. It also has a garden with a pool, a barbecue and a glass-enclosed barbecue.

Our casita is centrally located in one of the most beautiful residential areas of northern Buenos Aires. Bakeries, cafés, ice cream parlors, fruit and vegetable stores, pharmacies and a children's playground are right around the corner. And when it rains, there is enough space in our spacious casita to play, read and more.

Amazing apartment, very spacious, comfortable and really bright, with a large terrace with a BBQ. Close to Unicenter Shopping Centre, TELEFE studios, San Isidro Racecourse and Panamericana. Easy access to anywhere, as just a block's walk away, two buses pass that will take you to Avenida Santa Fe or Panamericana, among other places. Just a few metres away, you'll find the following: a bakery, a supermarket, ice-cream parlours, a pizzeria, a chicken shop, a bookshop and a hardware store, among other things.
