The neighbourhood has tree-lined streets and green spaces. The two-storey house has 3 bedrooms (one en suite), 3 bathrooms, a living room and a dining room. It offers comfort, plenty of natural light and air conditioning in all rooms, as well as central heating. It also has a garden with a pool, a barbecue and a glass-enclosed barbecue.

10 min. walk to the Mitre train, 20 min. to the coastal train "Tren de la Costa". 30 minutes through the old town of San Isidro to the Rio de la Plata with its sailing and surf clubs as well as culinary offerings. Our casita is centrally located in one of the most beautiful residential areas of northern Buenos Aires. Bakeries, cafés, ice cream parlors, fruit and vegetable stores, pharmacies and a children's playground are right around the corner. And when it rains, there is enough space in our spacious casita to play, read and more.

Just a few metres away, you'll find the following: a bakery, a supermarket, ice-cream parlours, a pizzeria, a chicken shop, a bookshop and a hardware store, among other things.
