Located on the ground floor of San Isidro, a stone's throw from the river and surrounded by trees, our house is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The neighbourhood has tree-lined streets and green spaces. The two-storey house has 3 bedrooms (one en suite), 3 bathrooms, a living room and a dining room. It offers comfort, plenty of natural light and air conditioning in all rooms, as well as central heating. It also has a garden with a pool, a barbecue and a glass-enclosed barbecue.

Bright apartment in the heart of Victoria. Large balcony with grill. Super quiet for relaxing. Puerto de Frutos in Tigre is just a few minutes away. The Mitre train, Tigre branch, is approximately 5 blocks away. Various means of transportation for you to get around the city. One block from the Tigre court. It has all the amenities. There are supermarkets 3 blocks away, kiosks, restaurants and, above all, ice cream parlors. THE APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR COMMERCIAL RENTAL. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED.

Super king bed, double glazing, radiant slab, acond air and blackout curtains on all windows. My workshop is on the ground floor with access and separate entrance. Perfect insulation. Ideal for 1 or 2 quiet people looking for rest near the river and gastronomy, 30 min from CABA and Tigre. Not suitable for events/productions/pets.
