Beachfront holiday rental in San Giuseppe

Yes there are stairs, but this place is absolutely worth it. There isn’t a location in Amalfi that doesn’t require a decent walk, but when you end up here you really don’t mind. Amazing terrace, amazing location, and honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. Having Louisa (bistro/butchery) as essentially the first restaurant you see before heading up to the place is 🤌🏻. The house its self is modern, has a great shower and exactly as described. Will stay here again next year!

Marina’s apartment was a gem! We loved our stay in Atrani and the apartment was perfect. We spent the end of each day lounging on the patio looking out at the beautiful sea. Marina was incredibly thoughtful and left many surprises for us upon arrival. Atrani was exactly what we hoped for-it was laid back and inviting, a wonderful respite from the busy cities of the Amalfi coast. The locals were friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!!!!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille. La communication avec notre hote a toujours été bonne, cordiale et très réactive en cas de problème ou question. L'appartement est bien situé en bord du littoral avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la baie de Naples (du coté balcon et chambre des enfants) et sur le Vésuve (du coté salle à vivre). L'appartement est grand, lumineux, bien entretenu et assez bien équipé. La plage à proximité est agréable. Il y a des commerces à proximité. Le seul point génant a été la difficulté à trouver un stationnement pour notre notre voiture les soirs de fin de semaine (vendredi au dimanche). Si vous venez en voiture, il est surement judicieux d'utiliser le stationnement proposé par l'hote.

Place was as advertised, very beautiful ocean view. Raffaele was communicative and helped organize a taxi to pick us from the airport and even was flexible when it came to a slightly later check out when our next destination had a later check in!

We had a very lovely stay at this apartment - the host was welcoming and patient because we arrived a bit late for our check-in on the first night. They gave us a complimentary bottle of sparkling rosé along with some delicious biscuits, which was a really nice touch as well. The apartment is very beautiful, and we especially loved the balcony and living room area, with fabulous views of the coastline. You don't get a full sunset, as the sun sets behind the mountains, but it is still nice and for most of the evening the balcony is a sun trap. The were nice views, but the beach opposite the flat seemed a little bit dirty to be honest. But there are loads of beautiful beaches around the Amalfi Coast, and this apartment is well situated to explore places nearby. My only other critique is that we weren't shown how to use the air con units on arrival, so the apartment was very hot at night, and too noisy to open windows due to the busy main road. Other than that - really enjoyed!

Great stay - The apartment is just as pictured, maybe better. The property management company who help run the apartment were so kind and responsive and accommodated our requests. Orlando met me in Atrani and walked me through the apartment when I arrived by ferry at 8pm. I had a friend meet me in Atrani for the second half of my stay, and Orlando arranged to have the housekeeper make up the couch bed and the apartment actually worked very well with people sleeping in both rooms despite the compact size. There is even a half bath in the bedroom to make things easier. The living room is small - but we spent most of our time outside of the apartment or on the balcony. Atrani is a short 10 min walk from Amalfi, very convenient to walk for dinners and to get to the Amalfi port. I was surprised that the apartment did not come with beach essentials as the Atrani beach is one of the few free beaches on the coast. Will miss the balcony!

the most amazing view of the beach, and the free beach downstairs was amazing. close enough to Sorrento for day trips, could easily have done our 4 week trip in this B&B!!

Красивые, аккуратные и очень чистые аппартаменты. Удобный матрац в кровати. В жилье было всё необходимое и даже больше. Очень отзывчивый и внимательный хозяин. В подарок нам оставил вкусные закуски и бутылку вина. В холодильнике для нас также были йогурты, сыр и ветчина, круассаны, масло, булочки. Прекрасный вид из окна. Так как мы путешествовали с маленьким ребенком, нам был неочень удобен ранний отъезд и хозяин любезно согласился продлить нам чекаут.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Vito. C'était un endroit idéal pour se reposer après une journée remplie de randonnées et d'activités aux villages sur la côte, face à une vue magnifique de la mer et depuis notre terrasse où on avait aussi accès à un jacuzzi. Vito a été très réactif, et a pris le temps de nous expliquer les activités à faire à côté, et nous a donné de belles recommandations de restos dans le coin. L'appartement était très bien équipé et propre. Nous avons aussi apprécié le calme - comme le logement n'est pas au centre-ville, il faut compter 20-30 mins à pied pour descendre au port, et vous pourrez profiter de la belle vue et de nombreuses boutiques et restos sur le chemin. Je recommande aussi vivement le petit-déjeuner, vous ne serez pas déçu!

Wow, what to say. Francescopaolo's apartment was all that we'd hoped for. The terrace is beautiful, lots of places to relax and of course the amazing view. The living accommodation is bright, airy and bigger than it looks in the photos. Francescopaolo has lots of beautiful ornaments, pots and pictures - loved the mermaid table! The kitchen doesn't feel small as it's really well designed, lots of storage and had absolutely everything that you could possibly need. The icing on the cake was access to the sea and we had some beautiful swims down there, the water was just gorgeous. Location was good and we loved Minori, lots of amazing restaurants and it didn't feel touristy at all, it was quiet but still had a good atmosphere, especially in the evening when everyone comes out for their passeggiata. Francescopaolo was a great host, good at communication, sent lots of information on local places and friendly. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Giuseppe was the most welcoming and thoughtful host, providing helpful local tips and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for exploring the area, and we loved coming back to such a peaceful, cozy space each night. You can tell Giuseppe truly cares about his guests’ experience — every detail was carefully thought out. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough. Thank you, for making our trip so memorable. Extremely clean and beautiful apartment. Very responsive host. The view was spectacular and the patio was very large and spacious. It’s very good for younger people that like to do a lot of walking and hiking. It’s very difficult to get in town especially when you have only a couple of days to explore the city. I had my mom and aunt with me and I would have preferred a hotel by the center of town. We spent a lot of money for taxi . Other than that the place and the host are wonderful and match the description on the listing .

There are not enough words to express how lucky we felt to find Mary's gem at Castello Guisso. From the moment of booking, Mary's responsiveness and recommendations for planning our trip were so helpful. She communicated and guided to the point of arrival. We were greeted by lovely Mary with a tour and treats of the gorgeous Castello Guisso. Absolutely breathtaking location and views. The apartment was beautifully appointed and both modern & spacious! The balcony gorgeous views of the sea and the pool. The private beach was amazing with cobalt blue sea. We were on our honeymoon, and we are grateful to have booked Mary's apartment because our entire experience exceeded all expectations because of staying here. The hospitality provided was over and above and the genuine kindness to ensure a great visit to Vico Equense/Sorrento Coast was endearing. If you are looking for a private and quiet experience away from the touristy parts of the Sorrento/Amalfi coast this is a great place to be.

I had the absolute best stay at Luca & Paola’s place. It’s a beautiful mosaic art piece that Luca the artist created. It’s the most artistic gem I’ve ever stayed at! It’s a slice of heaven! Seriously, you don’t t ever have to leave it’s so beautiful!! Paola & Luca make an incredible breakfast, the best eggs and cappuccino I’ve ever had. And the best part is Paola and Luca. They are 100% the best hosts I’ve ever had at any place I’ve ever stayed at. I miss them already!!

What an amazing stay! This place, although at the top of about 300 steps, was well worth the walk up. The views of the harbour and sea were to die for. This unique place had everything we needed and felt very private. It was great to pick fresh basil and lemons from the gardens. And the homemade Limencello was delicious. Francesca was very attentive, walking us up the first time and showing us the house, and her parents were very warm and welcoming too. The water pressure, especially the shower was fantastic, and the 2 air conditioning units were excellent. The luggage lift is a great invention! Although it’s a shame there isn’t one for humans!! The beach is very private, with the great addition of not only sunbeds and umbrellas, but also a shower, toilet and paddle boards and kayaks. Just remember everything you need for the day, as it’s a long walk back! It was only a short walk into Positano, and although on a busy main road, there are always lots of pedestrians and pavements

This villa is paradise! Absolutely stunning views. Giorgia was amazing and super responsive before and during the trip, and helped us arrange a boat trip and cooking class as well as provide us with a lot of local info. There are a lot of steps down to the villa from the main road (as stated in listing) and then another 200+ to the swimming platform which is heaven! The walk to town is 13-15min and another 15 to the ferry. The road can be scary at night because there’s not a lot of lights but there is a driver that can take you to and from town for a very reasonable cost. We only used the driver twice in a week and sometimes did the walk to the town and back twice a day because we wanted the exercise. The house was perfect for our family of 4 with each of my teens having their own room. Tons of balcony space. Having a washer was a huge plus for us and the pool was a massive bonus! We’d stay here again in a heart beat!

The most amazing stay! The directions made the place easy to find through the residential area. Our views from the apartment were out of this world, magical! We enjoyed each sunrise and made use of the espresso maker provided. I would recommend this place to everyone! We will definitely be returning. Thank you 🌅☕️

We had an incredible time staying at Andrea’s place. He was super helpful in meeting us and helping us bring luggage up to the apartment. The view was beyond beautiful and he went out of his way to make sure he showed us everything in the kitchen and all the amenities we could use. His family was very friendly and we loved the terrace. Being able to do laundry was a huge bonus. The location couldn’t have been better; we were right in the middle of the square and the apartment overlooks the port of Amalfi. Very easy for ferry access and getting something to eat. Would definitely recommend!!

Tusind tak for et virkelig dejligt ophold i jeres smukke hus. Vi nød den smukke udsigt fra terrassen og at bo på bjerget, hvor huset lå i private omgivelser. Alt var pænt og rent, gode køkkenfaciliteter, gode senge, behagelige møbler på terrassen og fint badeværelse med vaskemaskine. Michelas mand hentede os i bil og kørte os til huset. Han var meget hjælpsom og gav os en masse gode tips og råd. God kommunikation og hurtig og hjælpsom respons. Jeg vil varmt anbefale denne bolig som kun ligger 10 min på gåben fra Maiori, en hyggelig by med den bedste badestrand. De bedste hilsner Mette

Antonella’s Chez Amelie (named after her daughter) will be one of our most treasured family memories. Climbing up the many rocky steps to the home wasn’t easy (to be fully transparent) in particular with luggage. But the home, scenery and ambience of the location was marvelous! Antonella is a great hostess, almost immediately responsive and sweet as can be. We got used to walking to town and back each night for dinner, and while challenging for my family, it’s easier without luggage! We also ate at La Preferita, a family restaurant down the street. This was a lovely and tasty experience. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming. I’d definitely return to Chez Amelie (with much less luggage)! Thank you, Antonella!

What a beautiful place to stay.. The view is just amazing..Raffaele was the perfect host, went out of his way to pick us up and drop us back at the station. The apartment was spacious and everything that you needed for a stay. We were helped out also by Raffaele with some places to eat and places to get groceries.. a 10 minute walk down to the beach , which is great for a days sunbathing.. also only about 12/15 minutes walk to the small ferry port. Perfect for Positano, Amalfi. Cetara and minori. Would recommend this place to all of our friends it was the perfect place to finish off our trip to Italy.

Such a wonderful stay! It was so peaceful and quiet - just beautiful! Emma was amazing from start to finish with communicating and recommending local spots. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone coming to Napoli and wanting to stay outside of the city center :) Thanks again!

This stay was the best! (Book it now!!)Truly a GEM! View !! Unique setting in Piano di Sorrento in a quiet, authentic , low key town. Circumvensia train easy to use to get to Sorrento (busier more touristy town)for tours, shopping, boat excursions-trip to Pompei, but come back and relax in your Charming Villa.This loft is very roomy with a kitchen, and huge terrace on roof top. There is a free beach just down the road-(Great communication by Elena and her father Teodoro. Teodoro is a very genuine , thoughtful and helpful person. Teodoro made us feel right at home. One day after returning from Pompeii-Teodoro invited us to coffee in his “kitchen”; accompanied by a tour of their upcoming property renovations-refurbished older buildings in back of the Villas’s property-( the view is the absolutely spectacular!!) There will be a restaurant and patio with offerings of lodging , mixing the old with the new for a modern and lovely Italian ambiance! Thank you!! Caio! Alyce and Bruce

This is the most special villa and there is not a better location. Close to the pier, beaches and amazing restaurants. We truly enjoyed the balcony each night after a long day of sightseeing. Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful place!
