The house is accessed via a private lane from the main road. Parking is available both on the main street and about 15 metres away in a large open space. The house is located near the historic area of Sant'Antioco, a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Basilica of Sant'Antioco, where you will find the main amenities such as bars, a mini-market, a fruit and vegetable shop, a fishmonger and a pizzeria. In 15 minutes on foot, you can reach the tree-lined street, Via V. Emanuele, the centre of our town. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

The staircase is modern, so you have to be careful with children. We don't want to block it with "not suitable for children" because we love our little guests. The house has two outdoor areas, one of which allows you to organize relaxing outdoor dinners.
