Fuscaldo is a quiet, beautiful village. Guiseppe and his parents are polite and uncomplicated. The equipment is simple but adequate. It was a lovely stay.

The stay was really positive and I highly recommend it. The place was exactly as described and the host was extremely helpful, meeting us with check-in and check-out times. In addition, he gave us valuable guidance on typical products and amenities in the area. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need and perfect for a family of four. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the sea. Opening the door in the morning and being in front of this show was really incredible. In addition, the beach is easily accessible, it literally takes five steps on foot to cross the street. Parking is always available, free of charge and is right in front of the entrance of the building. However, the apartment is located on the top floor of a building without an elevator, which can be a bit tiring for those who have trouble climbing the stairs or carrying suitcases.

Clean and well-kept accommodation surrounded by immense tranquility, Franco, the owner of the house, and his wife Pina, are two exquisite people, very kind and always ready to meet any need, maximum availability with the times and with the use of the house, where there is a lot of space and tranquility at your leisure. Absolutely super recommended. We will return!!

We were warmly welcomed and easily introduced to the apartment: plenty of water and coffee were ready for us. 2 balconies (northwest or around corner northeast overlooking the sea, southwest or southeast around the corner overlooking the mountain ranges) invited you to enjoy breakfast, a sunbath or the evening end. The furnishings left nothing to be desired (see description). Dogs, cats, chickens in the neighborhood convey a rural flair. Fabrizio Piccolo for us was the starting point for many entertaining activities (close range: Rossano and Corigliano - narrow old towns on a hillside, Sibari with the archaeological park; distant area: Camigliatello Silano in the magnificent Sila National Park). A car is recommended for the neighborhood, enough parking space is available at the house, located on a cul-de-sac. It was difficult for us to say goodbye, easily arranged.

The flat is in a grand old house at the entrance to the old town. It is beautifully renovated (we loved the old tiles on the floor), has a large modern kitchen (with more than we needed) and a very nice bathroom. There's a great view from the balcony. The famous ice cream shop Sicoli and good restaurants (e.g. the friendly Cantina Amarcord or the posh L'800) are just around the corner, and the station as well as the sea are within easy walking distance. Amantea is also a good location for excursions in the surrounding area, e.g. to the old towns of Fiumefreddo (visit the Enosteria Convivio for amazing food!) or Belmonte.

What a beautiful stay!!! Annamaria and her husband always helped and guided us to beautiful places and things to do. The attic is magical with the beautiful terrace and the great view. I would recommend this place any time. Thank you Annamaria for making our holiday so wonderful.

We had a really lovely stay at Franco's place! The place was clean, beautiful and had everything one might need. Would have loved to stay there for even longer than a few days. Most of the praise needs to be directed at Franco himself though, he was extremely kind and helpful. He even gave us some delicious grapes from his own garden and gave us rides from Lamezia Terme and back. The garden itself offered many places to relax, either just for sitting down or even lying down in a hammock. The sandy beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. All in all, would highly recommend!

Beautiful farm surrounded by greenery with pool ...suitable for those who want a relaxing vacation...the owners are very helpful , kind , welcoming , company and very nice !! The view outside is breathtaking from the structure , the meadows , the flowers , the trees and the pool!! Surely if there is an opportunity , I will be back!! Highly recommended!! Ps not all rooms have a kitchen (it is not a criticism, it is a warning for those looking for a more equipped room and/or has special needs but I am sure that if you contact the owners will find a solution given their availability ) Location pet-friendly!! The apartment is located in a development with somewhat neglected and old areas, but Fabrizio's apartment is in good condition and was also super clean. The terrace is beautiful and the apartment has everything needed to be comfortable (they also left us some sun loungers and an umbrella in case we wanted to make any excursions to nearby beaches). The development has security and private beach (with shades and sunbeds of its own). We could not enjoy everything we wanted from the area, pq we fell a monumental chaparrón, but it is located near Le Castella (nice village) and close to a good handful of interesting beaches. But the best part was Fabrizio: close, kind, he gave us tips of things to do around the area and gave us a very good thorn.

The place is delicious, very quiet... you sleep in absolute silence, surrounded by an olive grove. The house is spacious, fresh and very clean. Well-functioning wifi. The owner is always available and proactive in giving advice on the area. We'll definitely be back!
