Beautiful place, beautiful house, attentive and friendly host, flexibility at check-in and check-out. We had a great weekend at Claudio's lakefront house! It has all the necessary amenities and more. The jacuzzi is extremely relaxing, the pool is large, the beds are of good quality, the house is beautiful and the plot has many spaces to share with family or friends. Extremely recommended if it is a large group that wants to have a good time and relax. There are minimarkets nearby to be able to stock up if needed and the caretaker of the house is super friendly. Amazing home with a breathtaking view on the beach. We had wonderful walks on the beach. The small town of Matanzas is perfect for a morning coffee and is at a 20-minute walk from home (by the beach). Every place in the home calls for reading/ meditating/ resting/ having a drink! I could have stayed there for much longer. Last but not least, Yanina is a great host, always responsive and enthusiastic. I highly recommend this place and I hope to come back.

Pilar that is the one that manages, a 7 , we who went without a car, when we need something she was willing to bring something from the killing center and that is very much appreciated, we also wanted to make a recipe and there was no container and she with great kindness lent us the missing, the spectacular tinaja, the same as the stove and the best the beds. 🤩🤩 The beach is very close to walking and it is totally worth it

The apartment has a beautiful view of the city of Rancagua, everything was very clean and tidy, Alejandro was careful to give us all the precise directions and answered all my doubts ! Both bathrooms have a bathtub, that made our stay very comfortable. One detail that the hair dryer doesn't work well. Everything else was excellent !! I highly recommend!
