Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

This was our second stay here, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The pool is beautiful, and the host is truly exceptional. We really appreciated the warmth and comfort throughout our stay. Plus, there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Our family of seven enjoyed this home so much. We had plenty of space, everything was clean. The property is gorgeous. We spent a lot of time playing tennis and pickleball. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There are so many different plants and flowers. It felt very secluded and private, there is also a private driveway with a gate. After busy days out and about with the kids, it was so nice to come back and relax, cook, and hang out outside. The hosts were very responsive, always getting back to us quickly when we had a question. We would absolutely love to stay in this home again, our kids are already asking us about it.

Absolutely stunning home! My friends and I enjoyed Karen’s home as we attended a music festival for the weekend. Within a good distance from the Rose Bowl. Not too far from LA. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Good variety of shops and restaurants within a short driving distance. The amenities Karen’s home provides was a huge plus for us, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and game room. The story behind the home is beautiful and adds to the beauty of the home. We definitely recommend staying here, no questions asked. The home and yard is beautiful and well organized. We briefly met Karen and she was very nice, very responsive host.

This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

Stay Period: May 27th – June 1st, 2025 This home is exactly as advertised—it was a perfect fit for my family, and we had a great time enjoying the pool, the spacious layout, and the convenient location. We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation in Hollywood, and this home was an ideal place to host everyone under one roof. I had a group of teenagers who loved the pool and game room, and my 2-year-old nephew had a blast in the play area with swings and slides. The host, Jaid, was incredibly responsive—every message was answered in under 10 minutes. Great communication all around! The highlight of our experience was the property manager, Jesus. He was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. This place truly gives you your money’s worth—and more. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home.

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Everything was nice and tidy. The hosts were so friendly and extremely helpful.

The house was clean and the pictures matched the condition. The best part was how thoughtful and kind the host Fred was. I messaged him asking if they had dishwasher detergent and a wine opener. A wine opener is not something a host absolutely needs to provide; however, Fred had housekeeping drop it off in the evening with the dishwasher detergent. We had already bought one by then which was cheap and I was totally OK with it, but he still offered to reimburse us. He was responsive and answered questions promptly. We requested early check-in and he mentioned that he could not promise it, but would do his best to accommodate, based on housekeeping schedule and he did. The kitchen was very well stocked with clean plates, plenty of glasses/bowls/mugs/and wine glasses. Everything was great. Just one note – parking is street parking and it’s a busy street; however, it seemed like a safe area. Overall great value for a large family. We would totally stay here again.

Absolutely perfect stay!!! Loved the cleanliness and privacy of the room. The room was nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. Hosts were amazing and always responsive. Also loved that there were 2 laundry rooms provided. Highly recommend!

Diana was responsive and amiable. her home was a perfect fit for our family and our needs. The home is located close to freeways and grocery stores, fast food chains and some local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again! Also, the fact that Diana's home is pet friendly is a plus!

Lisa’s place was so cute and nice! I had an amazing stay. Everything was clean and tidy. The area was really nice. If I had any questions, Lisa responded to me quickly. She even allowed me to check in a little earlier. I would definitely recommend and stay again!
