It was a nice place and the host is very nice.

The host was considerate and accommodating, making our stay very pleasant. The place itself is great, and its location is accessible to all tourist attractions, which made exploring the area a breeze.

So far the place is walking distance to session road, and burnham park. Best place to stay if you want to roam around walking and also just to stay indoor. Love the place and its clean. Ate Jen is so friendly is approachable. Thank you! we will visit again in your place. :)

The best place I’ve stayed in Baguio. Easy to locate, felt secured all throughout my stay. Easy access to convenience store. Friendly guards. The place got everything that I needed. Will definitely book again when I get back! ❤️

We had an amazing stay at Jeid’s Place! The house was spotless, well-organized, and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. What truly sets this place apart is the stunning overlooking view. It was absolutely breathtaking! Whether it was early morning coffee or relaxing in the evening, the view made every moment more special and peaceful. And also ate emma was so kind to us. This place is awesome! Value for money indeed. Complete with everything we need. And even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. When I asked for a work desk and chair they immediately provided it. Our pets also had a good time because they have spacious garden areas where they could run around. Temperature is chilly, which we love. So close to Mirador Eco Park (walking distance) and downtown (short drive). They are generous with their supplies (toilet paper and kitchen, dishwashing, sponge, etc). They also provide free mineral water and has a hot and cold dispenser. The owner and staff were very courteous and reliable. Quick to answer our questions and address our requests. They also have laundry services, netflix, gaming console and the parking is spacious. We will definitely come back!

We had a great stay in this place. Miss sharon (although we didn't personally meet her) was very helpful, responsive, and has clear instructions from the check-in to the check-out process. She also let us check-in earlier since we came from an overnight trip. The wifi connection is very good and fast. Mobile signal inside the unit is unstable though. Heater is working well. Towel and toiletries were provided. Room for improvement: I think in the restroom, the lid of the bowl comes off easily. Also, there's a little bug or cockroach but I guess it's after opening the balcony door. We were able to kill it easily as it's very small. Overall, I will def recommend this place. It's one taxi ride away (5-10min) from the attractions in the city.

We had a good stay at Tony's place, we felt welcomed there. Host was always available whenever we had any concerns or questions. The place is clean and we had a nice time with the cold weather in Baguio. Just a few considerations: -The room was at the lower level, there is a flight of stairs going to and from. I have young kids so it wasn't a problem for me, but for seniors this might be an issue -Wifi signal not strong in the bedroom though host said it happens when it's foggy.

If this property is available for your Baguio trip, look no further and book it! Let me give you 5 good reasons: 1. This house is classy and elegant. Everything in it is top notch, from the body wash and shampoo, to the appliances and furniture, as in. Utensils, plates, pots, pans, towels, sheets, all great quality. 2. The house is surprisingly spacious. We were a group of 12 adults and we spent most of our time together on the ground floor and just retired to our rooms when it was time to sleep. Never did the house feel crowded. Just note that the flights of stairs would be challenging for senior companions to navigate. 3. The location is very safe and secure. 4. This property is much more impressive in person than in the photos. The photographs don't fully capture its beauty. 5. Joana and Arvin are superb hosts! They were incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment we inquired about the property until after we checked out. In short, this property exceeded all expectations!

It is my family's second time to stay at Ecohouse but now with my parents and my siblings. The first one was 2 and a half years ago, yet coming back there gave me that exact same cozy, comfortable & peaceful vibe - the exact reason why we always wanna stay here every time we have a trip to Baguio. Everything was perfect, each part of the house was clean, warm & homey - from the living room, kitchen, dining and the bedrooms. Ruth, the host, as always, is very accommodating, helpful and responsive to our needs, and we love the delicious compliments that greeted us when we arrived. My parents certainly loved their "chill" weekend and almost didn't wanna leave the house. My favorite experience at Ecohouse would be our nightly family bonding at the living room couch and tv, and my night cap with my sisters at the outdoor veranda, it's priceless! Staying at Ecohouse is nostalgic, the feeling that takes me back to my childhood and experiencing Baguio like it was the first time! ❤️🌲

Had an awesome stay here. Perfect spot for our big group and super cozy, clean, and spacious. The host was really welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommending this place to anyone heading to Baguio.

Everything was perfect from the host to the caretaker who was so friendly and hospitable. All the rooms were amazing, clean and luxury indeed. Very peaceful and very beautiful. Furnitures and appliances were outstanding , coffee maker, nutriblend, stove inside and outside, toaster, sandwichmaker, bonfire, swing, tv, billiards, toys, boardgames, internet (had a problem but was immediately fixed by them) and many more. We really enjoyed our whole stay, and we will definitely come back.

It's our 3rd time to stay in their airbnb & it's still as comfortable as it was before. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Homey, safe, near to major tourist areas, a great place to relax. Thanks for hosting us. We'll definitely be back.

A Perfect Baguio Getaway! Our stay at the Gray House in Baguio was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we had an easy check-in because of the clear instructions. The house itself is beautifully designed—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. It felt like a true home away from home, with every amenity we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet still close enough to Baguio’s main attractions. Waking up to the cool mountain breeze and sipping coffee with a view was one of the highlights of our trip. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing great local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. You can really tell they care about their guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend the Gray House to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Baguio!

I love the balcony. Good thing I found this listing! Session Road is easy to access from this location, just walking distance. Great location! I booked from the same tower before but that was just on the 2nd floor. This one's higher.

Had a great stay at Jlea's unit in Outlook Residences. The place was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. TV and kitchenware were all in good condition. Host was very responsive to all our questions and requests. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience staying at The Petal Pad! The location is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of Baguio. Just a few steps outside and you’re already surrounded by restaurants, a drugstore, the Session Road, the cathedral, Burnham Park, and other popular spots. The convenience really made our trip so much easier. As for the unit itself, it’s a bit on the older side, with some signs of wear like minor paint scratches (not a big deal tho), a slightly discolored sofa, distinct smell and cabinets that felt a little fragile. Cleaner might also missed to thoroughly clean the kitchen cabinets. That said, given the affordable price, we weren’t really expecting much, and the excellent location definitely makes up for it. We also really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Alyssa. She was very responsive, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a pleasant stay! TOTALLY RECOMMENDABLE
