We had a wonderful time at Casa Dei Fratelli. It is a beautiful apartment, perfectly located near the old town. The hosts are fantastic - very responsive, proactive, and always looking to help. Thank you so much for an excellent few days!

Notre séjour dans l'appartement de Paolo a été excellent du début à la fin. Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de sa femme et de sa fille, qui nous ont expliqué clairement tout ce qui était important. L'appartement est très bien entretenu, meublé avec goût et très bien équipé. La résidence est impeccable et très calme. Bologne est accessible à pied en quelques minutes pour explorer le centre-ville. L'hébergement est idéal pour visiter Bologne, et nous n'hésiterions pas à le réserver à nouveau.

This is a great place to stay in Bologna. We were close to the city center, with great restaurants and museums just a few minutes away by foot. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well-stocked, and we enjoyed the decor. While the neighborhood can be a bit loud at night, once you close the windows you don’t hear anything. And if it’s hot, the AC cools things down quickly.

Sono stata nella casa di Gianni in occasione di una fiera e l’ho trovata perfetta: pulitissima (cosa che ho apprezzato tantissimo), super fornita e comodissima. è il primo Airbnb dove mi trovo così bene come a casa! In 10 minuti a piedi ero in fiera, con bar, alimentari e farmacia tutti nella stessa via. Il check-in è stato facilissimo, con indicazioni chiare, e Gianni è stato molto gentile nell’accordarci un orario flessibile visto che arrivavamo da Milano. Anche il check-out è stato semplice, e la casa si trova facilmente. Ho usato anche il servizio di bike sharin per girare a Bologna: si può parcheggiare proprio davanti casa, comodissimo! [Unica cosa: per chi ha il sonno leggero consiglio di portare dei tappi perché il negozio accanto apre presto (ma ovviamente non è colpa di nessuno!!)] Gianni è stato un host super disponibile, gentilissimo, presente ma discreto. È raro trovare un AirBnB così curato e accogliente, lo consiglio assolutamente!

This location offers great convenience, with a bus stop 2 minutes away and only 2 stops from the train station. There are 2 grocery stores in the vicinity. It's approximately a 20-minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. While the AC works well downstairs, upstairs can be a bit warm. The apartment's cleanliness was satisfactory overall.

Great stay! The place was very clean and in a perfect location — close to the train station, supermarkets, and within walking distance to the city center. The host was responsive and polite, making everything easy. Highly recommend!

Ci siamo trovati bene sin da subito! Con me e mia zia c’era anche il mio bambino di un anno e mezzo e gli spazi erano sicuri e puliti, accoglienti. È stato tutto perfetto, il soggiorno, le varie stanze, la posizione, proprio tutto! Sicuramente chiederò disponibilità nel caso dovessimo recarci di nuovo a Bologna. L’host è stata gentile e amichevole, abbiamo comunicato facilmente ed è stata sempre presente quando ho avuto bisogno di aiuto. Nell’appartamento c’era tutto il necessario é stato come essere a casa. C’erano anche di verande, abbiamo potuto stendere da una parte e rilassarci nelle sedie dell’altra veranda. Comodo l’accesso col passeggino sia nella rampa che con l’ascensore. Insomma ci siamo trovati davvero bene in tutto e per tutto! É stata un’esperienza e un soggiorno di 3 notti bellissimo! Torneremo! Sara, Valentina e Leonardo 💙💜🩵

Marco's place is close to the train station and there is a bus which brings you quickly to the city centre. It is right next to a great shopping centre and across the street there is even a playground which was great for our daughter. The apartment has everything you need and Marco even provided us with a baby chair upon request which was extremely useful. He also let us have a late checkout so our daughter could still have her midday nap. We'd definitely stay there again on our next visit to Bologna! :)

Antonio’s apartment was perfect for my wife and me—amazing kitchen to cook our own attempts at Bolognese food, easy walking distance from both the train station and the city center, and comfortable. Would stay again. Thanks Antonio!

Wow, this was one of our best stays ever. The apartment is so charming with great decor, comfortable, and situated in an amazing neighborhood. The beds were large and comfortable with AC available in each room. I loved that the kitchen included an induction stove moka pot for enjoying a morning coffee without leaving the house. The hosts accommodated our request for an early check in and gave some great recommendations for local restaurants. Bologna exceeded our expectations…thank you!

Toller Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber – schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Sandra’s place was exactly same as the description. Next to little venice and main street. She was very responsive. The kitchen was well equipped. Apart from Upstairs or the next door neighbour were very noisy, this should be your choice for Bologna!

I absolutely loved this apartment! I stayed for a week while working remotely and exploring the city, and it couldn’t have been a better base. The internet was super fast and completely reliable, perfect for digital nomads like me. The natural light and large windows made the space feel bright and welcoming throughout the day. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and very well-equipped. The bathroom and kitchen were especially comfortable and convenient. I was visiting during a very hot summer, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is fantastic, just steps away from all the main tourist spots. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, and I loved strolling under the beautiful Bologna porticos. Federico was beyond kind and thoughtful. He also shared a list of local food recommendations, and every single place I tried was a 10/10. You can tell he really cares about helping his guests have the best experience in Bologna. Great apartment, super central and lovely interiors. Walkable to everything and in the thick of it but felt very secure and quiet at night. Sara&Gabriele were very responsive and let us leave our luggage early and late as we were only there one night - also gave local recos. Thank you!

Valentina è stata super gentile e disponibile, la casa è magnifica e pulitissima, con tutto quello che serviva per un weekend di relax. Il quartiere è molto carino e pieno di bar e ristoranti piacevoli, torneremo sicuramente!

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, um Bologna zu entdecken oder dort auszugehen. Der Parkplatz bietet Sicherheit und die Wohnung ist klasse. Ivan ist ein eher Super-Host! Sehr unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit! Spitze!

You cannot pick a better location in Bologna! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and had restaurants, coffee, shops, etc right outside our door. The building is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! As soon as you walk in the building, you are blown away! The apartment was super spotless and adorable. It's perfect that there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is so nice but we never cooked... we were in Italy! Have to eat Italian food! As noted in other reviews, there is quite a bit of street noise at night. It is not cars as there are no cars allowed in that area but it's the noise of people eating and drinking and having fun at the restaurants below. For my in laws who were in the room that had more noise, they didn't mind. The bedroom we stayed in faces a courtyard so it was quiet. We loved having the AC in the bedrooms as it was hot when we were there. Ricardo is an excellent host and very responsive. He also gave great suggestions for restaurants! Would stay again.

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.
