Holiday rentals with a patio in San Diego, La Candelaria

We had an absolutely lovely stay here. The best AirBnB I have stayed in - and that is a lot! Carlos was incredibly kind and responsive. He was nice enough to accommodate a very early check in after a red eye flight. The flat itself is gorgeous, comfortable, and has everything one needs. Great neighborhood. I highly recommend!

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

Amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Check-in was a breeze and the host greeted us very warmly. The accommodation is just as shown in the photos, comfortable, quiet and with a beautiful view.

As a frequent Airbnb user, Yannick has the best apartments in Medellín, and I'd say some of the best in the world. The apartments were better than they looked in the photos. The area is beautiful, completely residential, and equidistant from the best spots in the city. The staff working with Yannick (Camilo and Ivan) stood out for their level of professionalism and customer service. I can't wait to come back.

Great apartment, a little far from the center, but it's got everything.

Entire house, implements, large, comfortable. Nearby there is a bakery, a grocery store. the truth is that there are many places to eat within 2 blocks. It is also close to the subway

The place was clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The host was friendly and helpful, and we felt very welcome.

I’ve been three times to Medellin, all in the last three months and this is by far the best place and area to stay in. It was very peaceful if that’s what you want but steps away from all the fun! It’s about a five minute walk to CR 70 which is where all the restaurants, bar and nightclubs are at. The place seemed very safe as well. We walked home every night at all times of the night and had no issues or encounters. Xiomara, the host, is very responsive and overall a great host! I would stay here time and time again!!!

I stayed in the accommodation for the second time and was completely satisfied again - Juan Alejandro is a great host and the apartment is absolutely perfect.

This is probably one of the best spots in Medellin, what an amazing stay and amazing host. A huge thank you to Andreas one of the most amazing, helpful, kind individual who helped us with everything we ever needed and felt extremely safe and right at home. The place is amazing, the views are breathtaking, awesome jacuzzi. The host, benjamin was a true gentleman and very kind to allow us to be free in his home. Worth every dollar, the best place in the city, amazing view points nearby as well. Will definitely visit again and if this place is ever available, i highly recommend to not miss out on this gem and amazing people! Thank you guys again for everything!

Was decent and quiet, security and other amenities were good

Everything was excellent during your stay. The apt is as shown in the photos. It is very central to everything. Communication was seamless and they were always attentive to any detail.

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. A big shout-out to our host, who was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Urban Studios is a safe, stylish, and welcoming place to stay — perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers looking for a stress-free base in this beautiful city.

A few blocks away from all the noise and chaos from Provenza. Good apartment. TV worked good. Kitchen and bathroom all good. The balcony faces a street so id bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper just in case. AC worked well.

Jessica was always friendly from the beginning until the last day. She's a very friendly host. The appartment was to my liking. I would definitely stay there again. It was very pleasant. The views from the balcony were amazing. I felt right at home. Would recommend this place to everyone.
