Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

just 8 km from the motorway, exit Rioveggio, and 3 km from the train station, to go to Bologna or Florence in about 1 hour, you will have an apartment of 60 square meters with independent entrance. A stone's throw from Monte Sole Park and nearby Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno delle Scale mountains The kitchen is complete with dishes and tegami, microwave and coffee maker, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea at your disposal, some brioches, sparkling and natural water and milk.

The house is a rustic stone and wood building in the Apuan Alps park, an ideal place for those who want to hike in the woods and explore the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany, between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with gas stove, wi-fi, sofa bed and for heating for the winter season it has a wood stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with full bathroom with shower, a wooden mezzanine with a single bed.

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car.
