Holiday rentals with a patio in San Cristóbal de las Casas

The accommodation offered by Rolando is very clean and well located close to the centre. The value for money is great. Please note that the neighbours' dog and the birds can be noisy, but this is not the owner's fault! I recommend this accommodation for those wanting to visit Oaxaca!

Mrs. Patricia and her husband are good hosts, people who care that we live an incredible experience for the people who visit this beautiful city, the house is a very cozy place with all the services very safe and spaces to be able to eat outdoors 100% recommended.

A very quiet and private stay, it complies with everything shown and has everything you need to rest.

The apartment is a good size, ideal for 4 people, it is in an excellent location, since we had the walkways very close. They delivered it very clean and the plus for us was the flexibility in check-in, as our flight was very early. We only had one problem with the hot water, but I reported it to Blanca (the cleaning lady) and she immediately fixed it. Blanca also supported us with recommendations and was on the lookout if we needed anything. My only recommendation would be that I hope they add a screen in each room, 😊 as there is only one in the living room. I definitely recommend staying here, if I have the opportunity to return, it would definitely be here.

We loved our stay at Larissa's apartment! The location is perfect, we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit in San Cristóbal de las Casas. Larissa was super friendly and attentive from the beginning, she always responded very quickly to the messages, which made everything even easier. The depa was very nice and clean, just as seen in the photos. We felt super comfortable. Also, as an extra tip: don't miss the skites that they sell right down the depa, they are delicious! We were happy and would definitely stay here again. Super recommended!

My second time staying here. It’s inside a building on the main pedestrian street of San Cris. So you enter through a bakery and restaurant at the front of the space, then walk to this private apartment in the back. You really can’t beat the location. There is also a security guard at night in the restaurant for added security. The bed is quite comfortable and they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I will continue to rent this place any chance I get!

Our host was super friendly and clear with the doubts I had; my only recommendation for those who visit this beautiful cabin is that they review the location well to arrive from the center of San Cristobal and vice versa, since the GPS comes to suggest very narrow and steep paths which can be avoided. Everything else is excellent in every aspect, a destination to which I would return.

The place is just as described in the listing, all spotless, the kitchen comes with everything you need and more, there is privacy and everything is very comfortable. Fatima was always attentive and responded quickly, I recommend it 100%

Chris surprised me with the place. I thought it was small, and had no expectations. Flowers and plants all around, a talkative and full of generosity of Chris that shared the sunset, a beer and life experience, made me feel safe, comfortable and happy. He will do some changes to the place and I’m sure it will be lovely. I love the neighborhood!! I fully recommend it, will visit it again, and will love to see Chris again. Great place, 100% recommended. Beautiful apartment with garden views and city views, great private patio area too. Very clean, quiet, private, a lot of sunlight. Cleaning service includes weekly sheets, towels and etc. changing, Also optional room cleaning. WiFi is super good for working remote. Well furnitured kitchen and spacious. Lots of hot water and water pressure. No dog barking, no street noise. We even got welcome gifts! Location is awesome. Convenient surroundings, bakery, frutas y veduras, cheese, tiendas, barbershop, agua station, and laundry, all in the same street or around the corner or just one block away. Around 5 min. Walk from ADO bus station, 8 min. Walk to the center, 12 min. walk to a mountain view and city view church, 15 min. walk to the SEDEM (a huge sport complex). Ana is responsive and helpful. We definitely return.
