The space is ideal for two people and delivers exactly what it promises. The bed is very soft, perfect for those who like the most cuddly mattress. The balcony is one of the great highlights: it has a beautiful view and is a delicious place to relax. Even though it is close to several bars and close to the Bela Vista Courtyard, the flat is surprisingly quiet, which ensured great nights of sleep. The location is great and the neighborhood conveys a lot of security. The building has extremely polite and caring gatekeepers, who have helped us with everything we need. There is a laundry room with washer and dried (paid aside), which was super useful in our stay. The kitchen has the basics necessary to do well in everyday life.

I recommend the apartment in relation to price and quality. Everything is in perfect condition and Alvaro is always attentive and well prepared. The area is very pleasant and with the Parque Arauco shopping mall a few meters away. Lots of dining options in the area too.

Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

Teobaldo and his wife are excellent hosts 10/10. Everything was spectacular, they have lots of games and entertainment in the place, also, the house has all the necessary amenities, it is an ideal place to rest from the city and be quiet. The accommodation was very comfortable and very cozy. They left us firewood for the stove for the cold nights. Thank you very much Teobaldo! The tinaja was at the perfect temperature which made the stay even more enjoyable at this time of fall. Very well located house on the river with a great garden. From here we could plan our hikes and reach restaurants on foot. I'm sure we'll be back.

This Airbnb has an excellent location to tour the beautiful city of Santiago. The apartment itself is very close to the Tobalaba metro station and the Costanera Mall. We enjoyed very much our stay and will consider it next time we are down under in South America. Thanks Karina for all your help!

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
