The house is equipped with a TV, fridge, washing machine, electric stove, tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, as well as tea, coffee, Nescafé, cooking oil, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, clean towels, bed linen, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper and general cleaning supplies. The 25 m² balcony has views of the mountains, the sea and the city. A thorough clean is carried out after each guest. It is ideal for large families and groups of friends.

A stone concept villa made entirely of natural stones with a rare view of the forest and nature in Çakallı, the land of Çakallı Menemeni. It is 25 km from the center of Samsun and can be reached in about 20 minutes. Our villa is right next to the forest. Our villa consists of 2 floors, with 1 suite room with Jacuzzi on the upper floor and 2 bedrooms and a large living room + kitchen on the ground floor. There are separate bathrooms and WCs on both floors. It has a 250 m2 garden and a wooden patio outside.
