Welcome to your spacious, centrally located home with a sea view in Atakum. It is located in a position where you can see the sea from the bedroom and living room. Your house is spacious and just 1 minute away from the sea. When you walk out the door, the sea is right in front of you. It is a 5-minute walk to the tram and the dolmuş. There are shopping centres, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The apartment is on the 4th floor. There is a lift. The building is a family apartment building. Therefore, noise is an important issue. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house.
