The house is located in the village of Rore, at an altitude of 900 meters, in Valle Varaita. It enjoys a beautiful view of the mountains and is surrounded by nature. It has a private garden, enjoys extreme tranquility and there are a total of 4 places. Rore is a village with a rich history; here, there is a culturally significant center where exhibitions on local tradition are often held. Nearby, there is a beautiful network of trails, shelters, and restaurants with different tastes.

6 rooms with private bathroom in the room, living room and a large kitchen await you to give you the opportunity to experience unforgettable days. A stone's throw from the Langhe-Unesco Heritage, superlative food and wines await you. Ski slopes are very close! In the summer, hiking trails in the countryside or mountain biking trips start right outside the house. A sunny and very sweet valley will allow you to immerse yourself in nature not far from all the comforts of the city.

Parking is adjacent to the property and the outdoor spaces are spacious and usable. Located in a strategic position to tackle cycling routes and with direct access to the ski slopes of the Festiona Cross-Country Ski Center. Suitable for those who need to work remotely thanks to a fast internet connection. Pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed.

"La Boudeto" is a detached house of 54 sqm, located at 954 m, in Valle Maira. The house is located in a mountain village, renovated following the architectural criteria typical of the context. In a quiet area, close to the woods, it is ideal for relaxation, walks, and remote working. There is a small garden with children's games. It is 2 km from the village where the main services are located. The Maira Valley offers a setting of tranquillity and wild nature.

Eleonora's house is tastefully furnished and ideal for accommodating families (a baby cot and a changing table can be added on request). It is spread over two floors and has a large, open-plan kitchen that guests can use. It has a large terrace, a garden and a lawn where a swimming pool is placed in summer. You can easily park your car. It is in a very quiet and sunny area, but convenient to services.
